Gabriel Pizza — Restaurant in Ottawa

I ordered a small pizza with tomatoes, red onions, mushrooms & green olives. What I got was a small pizza with a ton of green peppers (which makes my stomach very sick), very little mushrooms, sauce or tomatoes. I only found this out when I got home and started eating a slice of pizza. I noticed it tasted odd (green peppers) & it wasn't agreeing with me. I opened it to see a ton of green pepper.

Furthermore, I was also told my pizza would be ready in 35 min when actually it was ready well before that because the store closed at 10:00 p.m.

The pizza place had to call me to ask if I was on my way! This confused me as I still had 15:00 min on my timer left.

I zoomed down in my car to pay a crazy price for my pizza I didn't order & on top of it, it made me sick because of the massive amounts of green peppers all over it!!!! SMH Seriously when you spend this much on pizza they better...

Ordered the Gabes deluxe on their 43rd anniversary day. Ordered at 4:14 for delivery. They promised it at around 5:09pm. At 5:30 still hadn’t received my pizza so I called. The call Center representative put me on hold and call the actual restaurant. He informed me that my order was leaving the restaurant next! I informed him that it was supposed to be delivered at 5:09 and would like to know when it would arrive, they couldn’t give me an answer. It finally arrived at 6:10. No apologies for it being late. Not impressed by the fact my order hadn’t even left the restaurant 20 minutes after it’s promised delivery time.

Well Gabriel Pizza just lost a customer. I emailed their corporate office and never got a reply. They had a chance to make it right before I left this review and they were not able to get that...

Sadly Popular. Ottawa's own Pizza Pizza... ordered three small pizzas and it came to $45 inc. tax and delivery fee. Paid $50 for three smalls. That's $4.16 cents per piece. One of them, the "Hawaiian Express" had no meat or Jalapenos. Just cheese and pineapple....so I called. They actually wanted me to take a picture of the pizza and send it to them. By then the hungry monsters had eaten most of the pizza anyway so it was going to be difficult to show the error. I was surprised that they were asking me to jump through hoops to remedy their mistake. In the end they offered me $5 dollars off my next purchase (because we ate most of the small in question).
