Its a huge pet peeve of mine, but I really can't stand that they switched to opaque cups even for cold drinks. There's no reason for it and it just makes the drinks look worse/hard to tell if they left out toppings. They also stopped selling the really cute choux pastries they introduced earlier this year which were easily the best desserts they've had since they opened. Otherwise, the staff is friendly enough, but I've had them take my order wrong or spend like 10 minutes discussing something about my drink and then eventually make it, but not tell me what was wrong/what they were talking about so i was getting worried that they couldn't make it/were going to make it an alternate way without telling me (i think they ran out of the tea for the drink i ordered and didn't want to tell me it would be a long wait for another batch so just used a different tea, but again, no communication with me so i don't really know). Also their tiramisus are really expensive for how small they are despite all the other desserts being very reasonably priced. I've never had a bad experience there for sure, but they aren't meeting their maximum potential,...

I had the original 3Q TP milk teaā¦thingā¦yes. I recently just found out that they newly have another franchise here that also sell mochi donuts as the first place in Ottawa, so we tried! Thank you so much for making them. Very great and cute service! I tried their pink salt cheese crema with Black tea, with extra boba pearls and brown sugar jelly, and u-be coconut doughnut and my husbandās 12 doughnut puffs; half cinnamon sugar and half Kinako. It was...
