Terrible experience. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza over the phone at 17:28 for a total of 19,21$ and was told that it would be ready for pick up in 20-25 minutes. We live nearby so I took my son and drove to pick up our pizza and arrived at the store at approximately 17:50-17:55 expecting our pizza to be ready for pick up. There was a number of people waiting inside to either order or pick up. After waiting for 5 minutes the cashier served me took my debit payment and told me it would be ready soon. I noticed everyone else receive there pick up orders and leave. I even observed 2 people come in and order walk in specials for a large pepperoni pizza to my disappointment for 15,99$ while I was charged more for a medium. Their pizzas where ready before mine even though I ordered mine at 17:28. I stood there patiently waiting for my order with my little boy for 35 minutes with no word from staff on why my order was taking so long before it was finally ready at 18:30. When I asked the cashier if there had been a problem she said the pizza had been in the oven. I mentioned I had been waiting for 35 minutes and the cashier said she wasn't sure what the problem was even though she had been the one who took the order over the phone, served me when I had entered the store and then finally brought my pizza after I sat there for 35 minutes with my son waiting. The staff could have approached me to say there had been a mistake or apologized for the wait and admitted to making a mistake or offered a discount either after they realized what had happened or at the very least when they finally brought the pizza instead of telling me it had been in the oven. We usually make our own pizza's at home which take aprox. 15 minutes to bake in a oven at 450 degrees that are just as good if not better than Gabriel's. This is our first time ordering a pizza from that Gabriel's location in a few years. We will not be going back there...

I placed an order on the app and they took my money it was for $107 but for some unknown reason an error came on the screen saying they did not have certain items that I had purchased but when I looked at my bank account the money was removed already. I called the number spoke to two different supervisors they said there is nothing they can do about it that my order did not go through but I have to wait 5-7 business days for my money to be reversed. Ridiculous. My money is gone my family is waiting to eat after they finish school and I’m out 107. Not everyone is able to wait 7 business days for their money back. All they can say is that it happens to many people and they can’t do anything to solve it. The first person said it’s my bank the second person said it’s the app. I called my bank they said it’s not them clearly they can see the money was removed from Gabriel’s. not everyone has money to replace what they lost to say there is nothing they can do about it and oh I’m sorry is not enough !!! now I have to find an alternative because they took my money and I didn’t get the food I ordered and at the end of the call they just say have a nice day . Read moreThe delivery was fast and delivery person very friendly. However, this is quite possibly one of the worst pizzas I’ve had, apart from frozen pizza. I ordered an XL, thin crust with just cheese and meatballs. What we got was an extra thick crust with a thin layer of bland sauce topped with an another thin layer of cheese and tiny bits of ground beef scattered around the pizza. It’s too bad, as we’ve just moved to the area and had heard good things about Gabriel pizza. For this subpar pizza we paid over $50. Sorry, will not be returning and definitely not recommend.
UPDATE to review: A day or 2 after posting this review, the owner actually reached out to me by phone. He explained that when ordering on line, I had selected regular crust and not thin, for which I apologized. He also offered to provide me with a free pizza the next time I ordered. I greatly appreciated the fact that he took the time to reach out to me and his offer.
