If there was a way to give a rating below 1 star I would. I was disappointed with the service at McDonald's located on Watter's Rd on Saturday, April 22, at around 4 pm. Upon arrival, both the front doors were locked, and I could see up to 8 staff inside not doing anything. I tried to open the door and get the attention of the staff for around two minutes before getting in my car and going through the drive-thru; when I told the drive-thru staff that the front door was locked, they mocked me and told me that I didn't try to pull the door hard enough. So I returned to the entrance and tried the door again. It was still locked. Two staff came to the front door to unlock it. They then blatantly lied to me, saying that the door was never locked and I wasn't pulling hard enough and that it was a heavy door. I proceeded to order my food, and when they handed me my food, they were disrespectful and sarcastic. When I left, I tried both doors again to check to see, and both doors were relatively easy to open. As I walked to my car to leave, an employee came out and mocked me for other staff, opening the doors and yelling about how annoying customers were and how the doors were now unlocked so no other customers could complain. They could not even wait for me to leave the parking lot to mock me, it was by far the worst experience I've ever had at any fast food restaurant. Read moreI wish there was zero star so that I can effectively rate the service at the Mc Donald (trim road Orleans). I took the drive thru line to pick up my order, after waiting in a long queue finally I got to the lady her name is Lidy (I am not sure of the spelling) she told me my order wasn't ready to drive up and park at the spot #2 so she will bring me the order. Stupid for a first come first serve service. I drove to the park #2 after she finish serving people who were behind me, she asked the last guy she was serving to tell me drive again to the drive thru where I have to wait again in a long queue. When I finally got to the window, I told her that I wasn't happy with what she did and ask her for her name, her manager was there and came asking me what happened, I explained to him, this non educated manager which not supposed to be at this role, ask me if I want to cancel the order after waiting twice to the line, not even an apology. Those employees (manager and cashier) are incompetent, zero customer service skills. I am writing this review and still I am wondering how someone with zero Custumer service skills can be a manager. Read moreI would love to give this place a 5 star review but it's not quite there. Decent place to dine. Usually a clean place, with solid service. Overall very good food quality for a McD's. Mobile orders are great, ordering in person is amazing, and the drive thru is pretty fast. Issues: Staff don't seem too concerned when a rowdy bunch of teenagers walk in screaming and disturbing people. (the music is already a bit too loud in the store which makes everything really noisy) Service later in the day can be terrible depending on who serves you. (One of the late night employees has a terrible attitude. I ordered an item to meet the conditions on the offer for a free large fry. At the window, the employee told me he was not going to give me the fry because he didn't put in the code when I ordered. (Previously, my phone said "we received your code" and I clearly saw it displayed on the screen that displays your order) Then I was given a knife when I asked for a fork for the item I was already ripped off for, and he was rough when handing us our orders.
