My friend and I had the weirdest experience tonight. We ordered two medium pizzas, when the delivery guy showed up, my friend was nice greeted him, and he was mumbling, rushing and didn’t answer. As my friend was paying her payment went through but the machine didn’t say transaction complete it said remove card. My friend asked the delivery guy why the machine said remove card instead of transaction complete.
The delivery guy GRABBED my friend’s debit card from her hand and showed her that the machine was now saying tap, then he tapped her card. The guy could have easily said in a moment the machine is going to say tap, so please tap your card. When the transaction was complete, my friend asked for her receipt and she tipped the guy well and he didn’t even say thank you. I reported him to the customer care department at Gabriel‘s. Customers, please keep a safe distance from their delivery guys and don’t let them grab...

Was told they would give me $7 credit for future order because burned equals well done. Offered to send picture proof they refused. Pizza cost 13.95+tax. Told supervisor that their Terms of Service, Satisfaction Policy on their website says that if client is unsatisfied with pizza it will be returned/replaced. They still refused.
