Worst Harvey's I've been to. Every time I go, I get to deal with this lady that always looks like she's having a terrible day. She never smiles or makes eye contact. I had an interview with her once and she asked no questions and looked like she was just trying to get me out of the restaurant so she could go back to doing whatever. The last time I went, she gave me these stupidly thick slices of onion on my burger. I took one bite and had to pick them all off. I then noticed that after she finished serving me and a few other customers, she went and replaced the onions with better ones. This time, I asked for mayo and bbq sauce on my burger, and got mayo and mustard... then bbq sauce on top as if i didn't see her mistake. I should've said something in the restaurant, but I didn't want to wait for another burger. What if I was allergic? Very unprofessional. The staff in this restaurant looks unhappy all the time too. It's a shame because I love Harvey's, but this one sucks. Won't...

On the busy Friday-of-the-long-weekend dinner rush, we showed the receipt and explained the issue. The manager/supervisor - who was already clearly working very hard bouncing between the line and the grill - was kind to mend this issue and even apologized.
It's hard to find genuine good service like that these days - especially since it wasn't even their issue.
Keep being a good person, we need more of that in...

The locale is always clean and the service is friendly. When mistakes are made, infrequent as they are, reparations are made that extend beyond just a basic verbal apology. For example, when my chicken was not dropped in to the fryer due to a miscommunication and I was forced to wait far longer than I should have, I was given free product along with the acknowledgement of the mistake. Being willing to put one's money where their mouth is shows a measure of pride that I do not encounter frequently.
I do not see myself not being a customer for the...
