KFC — Restaurant in Ottawa

Im not sure how this location is still allowed to be open and function, someone at kfc headquarters should have shut this place down along time ago....on 3 seperate occasions (in a row), i walked in tried to place an order and the woman, who had to have someone translate english into indian for her...i tried to order a big crunch combo...after abunch of translating back and forth between the 2 workers, i was told they dont have any big crunch chicken fillets...so i tried to order some strips...they then told me they dont have any chicken at all, NO CHICKEN AT ALL FOR SALE....my 4th experience was an online order...weny to go pick up my order...thet had no clue of any o line order, had to explain whatvit was i ordered...then after waiting 15min i was told all they had left was chicken thighs, no french frys at all....after then noticing the male worker handling garbage that had overflowed from the can behind the counter and then touching chicken with his bare hands ...i demanddd a refund....they said the manager was on his way...he walks in, barley can hold a conversation and again had to have the male worker translate my english into indian...he tells me i have to "call the online", and theres nothing he could do....so i "called the online"...the customer service preson had no idea how to help me get a refubd, and told me someone would be in contact with me...this was july 6th...today is juky 25th, have yet to hear anything so i called back and i was told once again that i would be contacted....kfc ur gonna go out of buissiness as popeyes is opening several stores in the city....as for this specific location i was told by the manager that they dont cook an6 food after 9pm...so if u buy food anytime fater 9 it has been sitting for a considerable amount of time...the staff is rude and they dont speak english, and i personally whitnessed employyes handling trash and food without washing his hands...you couldnt pay me to eat their food, cant wait for the popeyea to open...

So I go to KFC Around the first week of April 2023. I ordered 2 Chicken burgers plain. Plain with nothing on them.

They said that there were no buns and that I would have to order something else.

So I ordered and went home with soggy fries.

I come back the next week, ordered 3 Big Crunch burgers and 1 zinger.

Mine plain, and my wife wants a normal zinger.

We get home and they gave me 4 zingers. * The lady at the front desk was also yelled at by they manager to get off her phone as we were standing in front of her waiting to order and she was ignoring us while on TikTok or Facebook reels.

I said I would not come back but instead we did. We came back today April 16 2023 and I ordered 3 burgers. All plain. Nothing but chicken and bun.

I said it twice and made myself clear. I then checked the burgers in the car. All seemed fine. Just chicken and bun. I get home….

They put pickles and mayo on it but a small amount of both in the center. I checked and opened the bun up a little but not enough to see that they messed up my order again. I now leave a 1 star review that I won’t ever be going back. this place went from having line ups out the door to being deserted at lunch time on a weekend. I’ve lived in Barrhaven for 28 years and am disappointed. 1 star review

Old review: The drink machine should be in the back. The amount of parking sucks, and the space you have is terrible. Rude customers are always here and the food tastes like it’s been cooked long before I buy it. The staff is very nice but the quality of food is not like other KFC’s. I recommend bringing the staff to a KFC that has quality food to taste the difference. Bring back chicken...
