Every single time I come to this subway I would go out of my way to be super nice because the guy who works there every night is the most rude person I've ever dealt with in my life. I get anxiety before I go in there thinking about how rude he will be. I genuinely felt bad and would try to come up with an excuse for his rudeness like maybe he is in school all day or works multiple jobs to make ends meet. One time, I even called him after to ask if he hated me and why. He was super nice to the other person in there on that instance and he apologized on the phone saying he was only nice to him because it was his friend (i guess its okay to be nice to a friend but not any other customer?!) I try to make friendly conversation or even just smile in case hes thinking he does not want to make any convo but its a lost cause. The next time I went in there he was even more rude to me than before - something I didn't realize was even possible.
I do NOT understand how and why this person has a job here. If I owned this location, I'd rather close my doors early than have him working there. I guarantee he is driving away business. I have worked multiple jobs in call centres doing dispute resolution and retention and never have I experienced someone this rude and this guy is the employee! It is beyond shocking. My partner works late so we often go in around midnight or later - it's always the same rude man working. When I see him, I now automatically drive to another location because I cannot deal with the thought of dealing with his rudeness while I'm paying an exorbant amount for a bit of bread and toppings.
To the employee - your life would be enormously better if you weren't so rude to people. Especially people who go out of their way to be extra nice to you. Your behaviour to others is truly despicable. I don't expect anyone working in fast food to greet me with a smile or be super happy because I imagine it's majorly hard work but you go out of your own way to make your life miserable. You are standing in your own way of yourself. You literally go out of your way to be mean, cold, callous and leave the customers thinking you have a personal vendetta...
Read moreI never post negative reviews ever. Went last week, I placed an order through the app. I came to pick up and she substituted it with something that wasn’t suitable. She said she “called” but didn’t. This wouldn’t have been a suitable substitution for my partner and even showed his text saying this was what he didn’t want. The girl gave me attitude and said I should have put it in the notes.. that I didn’t want the rotisserie chicken as a substitution. Why would I assume there would be a substitution and that you wouldn’t contact me or wait for me to pick up to make it? The best part was when the girl literally left the front counter and started yelling from the back. Needless to say, the guy that came up to make it made a terrible job and I even called him on it. “You’re making me a cad sub because you’re mad” he smirked and said, “no :).” The owner didn’t even acknowledge the lack of respect with some passive aggressive generic email. Yogeshkumar Patel is as rude as his staff. Go to the location by Costco.. staff...
Read moreWas there last night with my daughter around 8:20 PM. We paid for the order and got the sandwich of my daughter's choice. As soon as we sat down to eat the person who served us told us we can't eat there because he said he is about to close which I found very strange as I found out from Google the store closes at 9:00 PM. He gave us a reason that he was told to tell client that they can't eat in-store after 8:30 PM as he has to get ready to close. Anyway, I don't normally leave negative comments, but in this case I had to comment as no one should experience what we had last night. It would have been nice to tell client that you don't serve food after 8:30PM rather than selling. Hope who ever owned the sore should be able to address...
