Lai Lai Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Ottawa

It was not good bones in my general chaos the food was most likely premade and sitting than microwaved or something it had the taste of leftovers that were leftovers they lie lie about there quality save your money long long noodles is right next door and doesn't have the same Americanized foods as them which disappoints me a little but the quality is great they don't have almond guy sing sttuff like your regular north American Asian take out but it's authentic Chinese food give you a real look at it I'm white and never been to an authentic Chinese restaurant. Until I moved near here but it's far better and you get to see real Chinese food please save your money or burn it these positive reviews can't be real I've ate everywhere samethin g 20+years almond guy Ging chicken fried rice and whatever combos this was worst experience ever still got the meal that I took three bites out of will take pics if wanted it's gross going in...

I am really sad this business to go at the end I saw multiple things that was not good for their business they've been there for a very long time and I hate to say it but number one would be their logo sign the older version was far better than the new version number two since Toyota owns quite of the corners bought this land beside this business and since they built up their building this business was not being noticed of their sign neither I like the upgrade of the building but for business wise new sign was not well-recognized other building Toyota place blocking your sign more lately fell down in the hole and who knows what else of reasons why this business does not exist no more I used to buy food from there and not only me but other family members and friends and colleagues and you name it they were there what...

We just move to this end of town from the west end a year ago. We struggled to find and good Chinese take out with reasonable pricing until last week when we found Lai Lai. The food was AMAZING! customer service was AMAZING! Our only issue was the very very very rude Uber driver who insisted on pushing his way in front of us to pick up his order and then proceeded to inform us that "I'm Uber" "I pick up first" and "it's like that everywhere LADY"

Needless to say I was less than impressed. The Lai Lai Lady however was very sweet and informed him that even though it may be that way everywhere it was in no way, that way here and that Uber is NOT more important to her than her...
