Repeated Issues with Missing Items and Poor Customer Service – DoorDash & Little Caesars
I’ve had an ongoing and incredibly frustrating experience with orders placed through DoorDash from Little Caesars (2272 Tenth Line, Orleans, ON). Over four separate orders, I’ve repeatedly received incomplete deliveries, and neither company has taken responsibility for issuing refunds or ensuring my missing items were provided.
Order Issues: ✅ Order ###### (Sept 13, 2024) – Refunded satisfactorily ✅ Order ###### (Nov 22, 2024) – Refunded satisfactorily ❌ Order ###### (Dec 6, 2024) – Missing items worth $3.99, no refund ❌ Order ###### (Feb 28, 2025) – Missing items worth $39.46, including an uncooked pizza, no refund
On February 28, 2025, I spent hours calling both DoorDash and Little Caesars, only to be bounced back and forth between their customer service teams. Little Caesars kept transferring me to DoorDash, while DoorDash insisted they weren’t responsible and redirected me back to Little Caesars. After multiple calls, a Little Caesars rep finally admitted DoorDash was responsible and advised me to request a complaint reference from a DoorDash supervisor.
I did exactly that, but still no refund. The supervisor promised to send an email confirming our discussion but never did (and yes, I checked spam folders).
The Problem: Neither company takes responsibility.
No refund issued for missing items.
No follow-up or accountability from customer service.
An uncooked pizza was included in my order—completely unacceptable.
Final Thoughts: This has been a huge waste of time and money. I shouldn’t have to fight to get what I paid for, and the fact that neither company is stepping up is beyond disappointing. If this isn’t resolved immediately, I’ll be left with no choice but to escalate the issue to the Better Business Bureau and social media.

Read moreNot to be judgemental or anything, but it was our first time , so i didnt know what to order co I am not familiar with their menu and when I asked her for a menu so my kids and I could order from she was like its all there (while showing the big lighted one above her ) so we ordered one regular medium pizza , one italian bread and one pepperoni thing (the one that comes in 4). At first we took the 4 small pepperoni , and mind you the kids were already hungry, the bottom was burned so we ate the tops only, as for the pizza it was dripping oil, salty and extra greasy .The italian bread however was almost burned on the top so we threw it away . When we got the small pepperoni things we were still there so I told her about the burnt bottoms and she said Ooh sorry,but by the time we got the pizza after 2o min we were already on our way to the house so I couldnt tell her about the burnt bread. As for the place itself, the lady's apron was full of flour smudges, flour was even on the counter , and she was handling everything form the screen, to the phone to the packaging of the pizza without any gloves , just wiping her hands on the apron and then touching the screen or answering the phone . So maybe it would be better if they hired one person for the counter and another for the food packaging?? Just a suggestion .... Anw, i dont think i will personally go again , but the place was busy while we were there with...
Read moremade phone order 5:27PM given 25 min cook time, I arrive 6:03 PM.. to over hear manager discussing how they screwed up order for lady been waiting 20 mins already.. given choose meat lover box instead of what customer order or can wait another 15 mins for there actual order.. pay in cash.. manager goes get food.. manager offer lady 2 bags of bread sticks to make up for long wait time gave them out of pick up order area... manager goes to back to handle more food with hands just touched bare money with (gross health food fail)...I finally get to pick up my order.. same manager blankly look back to pick up area.. my order with 2 bread stick that was just given away... ask what type deal was going to get scent my order wasn't ready.. manager said if were arrive on time to pick up my order.. it's not his fault.. i can either wait or leave without my food... I advise him just witness gave part my order away to another customer for screw up you did.. now you screwed my order.. gave me same choose wait or can leave without my food... so not make my family wait longer place order else were.. had no choose too waited till 6:30 to get my order food.. over hour wait cook time... rude service.. not clean.. handling bare food after having hand to hand contact with other customers, i expected they going to be some surprise searches from Canadian Food Inspection Agency.. this location wont be open much longer.. be...
