Mediterranean Bakery & Pizza — Restaurant in Ottawa

We have been coming here for the usual cheese pies for many years as they are some of the best in the city. Then, one day, we decided to try out their pizza,which is thin crust, and we were blown away. It is absolutely delicious, and our now go-to place for thin crust pizza (we are obsessed with just cheese on ours). Then last night,we found out they have chicken wings, so I ordered 20 hot ones for my 2 kids and I. And OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!! I kid you not, these are THE BEST chicken wings I have ever had in my life. They were super juicy and just fell off the bone. My mouth is watering just thinking about them now... They should really advertise them more because they would make a killing. You definitely need to try them next time you go in for a cheese pie or pizza. You can thank me later!!!!!! This place is all around wonderful. Their manoush is the best I’ve had,and it’s nut free which is good for someone like me with a nut allergy. My Lebanese bf loves that they have Laban Ayran and Bonjus. They are also just wonderful people. Super friendly and kind. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the staff. This bakery and Al Shami Bakery are the best in terms of 1-dough texture 2- after-food insulin spike (I feel so tired after eating pies from other bakeries) 3- and taste for sure. Sadly most of the negative reviews here are regarding the pizzas which I never tasted here, but do believe pizza is a competitive food in Ottawa. I suggest to you, the respected owner of this bakery, to try a new pizza dough that tastes somehow between normal pizza dough and Baklava dough. Best...
