Great spot with a great view! I got the Honey Garlic Sausage 👌 and the Kichesippi IPA and had a great time. The service was awesome. They have a great barbeque/smoker for the food (all BBQ cooked), beyond meat for vegan options (#1 in the market right now), and I was greeted at the entrance with a big smile! The toppings are great (including: ketchup, mayo, mustard, relish, ofc, honey mustard, chipotle, deep-fried jalapenos, onions and more) Only note: it's a little steep on price to be here all the time, but I mean... Service, taste, view. Got em all! Great job for being open such a short time and congratulations on the shop! No roofing/tarp so don't go on a rainy day! - advised by owner. Nestled in a picturesque location along The Kichi Zībī Mīkan– ( “The Ottawa River Parkway” ), at Remic Rapids. The Bistro at Remic Rapids Park stands out with its excellent food, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Whether you're stopping by for a cold beer , a refreshing drink or something to eat you’ll find their offerings consistently satisfying. The ambiance, service, and food are far superior to other spots along the bike paths, making it a top choice for a delightful pit stop, as well as it is one of the premier spots in Ottawa to watch the sunset over the river…truly a 10 out of 10.

20min wait for a $10.50 chicken burger with only 3 orders before mine. Location is nice, lights a nice touch. Chicken burger meat not made here (tasted like the frozen breaded stuff, you know the kind that doesn't actually taste like chicken). I think they get enough customers given beautiful location and extremely high traffic area to not bother with better quality chicken burger. Haven't tried anything else but heard someone leaving say the mushroom melt was very good and same with the burger. So maybe their other menu items are better

Don’t go there if you are in a hurry. Last Wednesday (Aug 23, 2023) we waited 30 minutes to get one sausage and one hot dog at lunch time – and it wasn’t busy. When it finally came, there was so much extra stuff on my wife’s loaded hot dog that when she tried to pick it up, the pathetic little store-bought bun just collapsed into a big soggy mess that could only be eaten with a knife and fork. Pretty much the same story with my Italian sausage. The folks running this place should go and see how the downtown food truck operators prepare and serve their fast food. This is a lovely spot to stop and have a burger and beverage on the way home from work on our bikes. The staff are always friendly and follow Covid protocols to a tee. There are loads of bike racks and tidy porta-washroom facilities nearby, a rarity in Covid-era Ottawa. We're getting to the season where the sunsets are absolutely delightful, arriving right on cue while you're enjoying the beginning of your relaxing evening. Give this a try, and while you're at it you'll be supporting local entrepreneurs who had the courage to rent space from the NCC during a pandemic, while also signaling to the NCC that they are quite right to create spaces where people can be spontaneous and...
