Ordered pizza on uber eats. Pretty basic order of a pepperoni pizza and wings. They ended up 'needing more time' and the order wasn't going to (and didn't) meet the latest delivery estimate. I won't comment on the delivery because that is an independent factor with uber.
However, the pizza ended arriving slightly above room temperature (as did the wings), and I personally found the pizza dough way too thick for my liking. It was just very bready, and pepperoni under cheese is also not really my preference. The garlic dip was alright, it wasn't on their menu on uber eats, and so I requested it in the notes and they did add it for $1.50 each (It was a larger garlic dip, so not necessarily an unfair price, just if people are wondering)

The last few orders were always missing dips and drinks I paid for but never said anything until tonight. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and insinuated that I was lying when said waited an hour for my order. Stated it had been only 59 minutes but he wasnât going to argue with me over 1 minute but he would send my missing items. I even asked him to repeat as I was in disbelief. It had already been 1 hour and 4 minutes when the driver called me saying he could not find my address. My partial order arrived a few minutes later.
