The service at Montreal Square is dependent on who is taking your order. Last week I got a snarky server who seemed pissed she had to be filling in for the regular person at main cash. Very short with both I and customer next to me we had complained the coffee tasted bitter, not fresh. Then my bran muffin came late so I couldn’t eat it with coffee and on top of it all it was frozen still, so very cold. We had to chase down to get the muffin order. Yesterday soup was ordered for one person and coffee and muffin same thing happened the coffee and muffin were not given at same time by same person. Wth?? All these orders were done on their phone app. Why is it no one is coordinating orders properly to see the customer has their complete order boom like drive through or in person at main counter. It was complete chaos there behind your counter both times in the last two weeks. I know your busy but are you short staffed or is everyone expected to fill customer phone ap orders. There doesn’t seem to be a designated person for phone orders ? And its very frustrating. We had to chase down someone anyone to get the bran muffin once again and by then coffee was drunk and soup eaten . At McDonalds there is a separate entrance and its own staff for phone orders. I suppose the solution is to stand in line at main cash in person and she fills the...
Read moreI'm a regular at this location (if not every night, it's definitely every other night), for a specific reason: Sam! "Sam", the gentleman that works overnights at this location, has always been kind and polite. But most importantly, he ALWAYS makes the BEST Tim Hortons coffee! Unlike MANY other locations, Sam ensures that my coffee (triple-triple), is always stirred well, WITHOUT me having to have ever asked. He understands something called common sense, common courtesy, and respect towards his job and his customers. There's nothing more annoying than going to a Tim Hortons and ordering a coffee with a good amount of sugar, only to leave with all of the sugar at the bottom of the cup, because the employees never stir it, barely stir it, or not stir it well enough. Even more annoying, is when, while driving, taking a sip of your coffee, realizing that it's not stirred properly or at all, then trying to stir your coffee, without a spoon or stir stick, and having coffee spill all over the place, due to the now open mouthpiece of the lid. That being said, if you want perfect tasting Tim Hortons Coffee, plz visit Sam at this location during his overnight shifts! Thank you Sam! Keep up the amazing work that...
Read morethis is mainly my go-to location for coffee as it's convinient for me. the quality of their products are outstanding compared to some of the other tim hortons nearby. they also have a good variety of their products and are almost always in stock with what you want. i'm never dissapointed in my coffee and food. the staff here are really nice and helpful. although, the service inside the store can be really slow. it may be best to use the drive thru if you have a vehicle when you have places to be. on a few occasions, they have forgotten things in my order, but when i remind them they're usually apologetic and they're quick to fix it. the location is pretty clean compared to other tim hortons. the washroom is also fairly sanitary for a tim hortons location. the only real downside to this location is the amount of wasps that were inside during the summertime of 2022. overall, i think this a different place to go if you're looking for sweet employee's and good...
