Edit: as a returning customer the service is still horrible. I was excited to go back since they had been closed for a little while. We sat there ready to order for over 10 minutes with no staff in sight, or for staff to disappear after helping another customer with payment. We wanted to enjoy the great food but ended up leaving as it seemed like no one cared to take our order, or even ask if we wanted water. Literally just menus, then silence. There were I lay two other tables, who already had finished most of their meals, so it wasn’t too busy.

This is a great little hole in the wall Vietnamese spot. Service is super fast, although they seem to sometimes forget to ask guests what drinks they would like. We tried the chicken and beef pho as well as the assorted spring roll vermicelli bowl. The broth for the pho is less rich but not overly salty and tastes refreshing and soothing. The bean sprouts and basil provided were super fresh! The spring rolls were hot and tasty. A small thing to note - the noodles in the pho and the vermicelli all broke apart pretty easily instead of holding together when you pick them up. The restaurant is cozy and has a real mom and pop feeling, so I’ll be going back to try...

NEVER again! We decided to try this place despite a few bad reviews because there were some goods ones as well. For the entree, we had rice wraps & shrimp/pork fried wonton. The wontons were good but the rice wraps were basically vermicelli noodles inside with literally 1 shrimp which was butterflied & sliced into 3 very thin slices & I literally could count the very small slices of lettuce. The so called peanut sauce was not peanut sauce at all. It had a weird texture & mo taste. My main was a vermicelli salad with grilled shrimp & spring rolls. The plate came and it was pathetic. It contained a bit of vermicelli noodles and 4 small slices of cucumber & i honestly counted the thin slices of lettuce & hair thin carrots. The sauce was wine vinegar. The chicken sate pho my friend ordered had a couple of slices of beef & some pathetic off looking processed chicken / no sate. We left unimpressed & hungry. As other people stated in their reviews. The owner really is unfriendly & considering the cost of each plate, this place is very stingy. To top it off, I felt nauseous & dizzy the rest of the night so we definitely do NOT recommend & it will be our first and...

Overpriced for no reason. I go to pho places all the time and I disliked this place so much. As I walked in the owner didn't acknowledge me, he didn't take my order as he thought that I didn't want it anymore, I assumed it could've been a misunderstanding, when he brought my shrimp fried rice after 15 mins of waiting, I got small sliced shrimps (I think 5 or 6) they were very small I thought they were baby scallops. The portion was very small for my size and it was a 17.95$ plate. My wife ordered a shrimp pho and she didn't finish it, usually she devours pho like nobody's business.

I hope they improve their meals as they could make a lot of money with returning customers, unfortunately I won't be...

Super disappointed with Pho Hoan. The lady on the phone was straight-up rude and didn’t want to answer any questions about the menu. She just kept repeating “we close at 9” — even though it was only 8:30 and we were ordering takeout. The food we got wasn’t even what we ordered, and it looked (and tasted) like it was thrown together in a rush. The Pad Thai had zero flavor and the eggs weren’t cooked properly. Honestly, if you plan to order from there, do it before 8 — the staff clearly checks out early.
