I dropped by All Out Burger for the first time ever today because I was in the area for an x-ray, number one, and number two, I'd skipped breakfast, so I was hungry. Let me tell you, I could probably afford to skip dinner tonight, too!

Hoowee, I'm a BIG guy, and the Fried Mozzarella Burger Combo with fries and a bottle drink — and where else can you get a bottle drink in a combo!? — was ENORMOUS!

The burger was phenomenal — the beef tender and cooked perfectly — the fried mozzarella and caramelized onions on the burger added just the right flavour and texture, and the fries were simply COLOSSAL and fried to perfection! Seriously, check out my photos, they're HUGE, and you get a HUGE portion of them, too!

For a measly $5 extra to get a bottle-sized drink and a heaping helping of fries, you're actively robbing the restaurant by buying the combo! Haha! It all goes so well with the burger I can't imagine not getting the combo... I'll have to try the onion rings next time I'm there. Maybe the kettle chips... Maybe I'll have to come back enough times until I've tried everything...

ANYWAY, by the end of my scrumptious meal, even though I wanted dessert because I saw they had churros — I got some to take home with me coated with OREO!? instead of just cinnamon-sugar or powdered sugar — I couldn't fit another bite in me...

By the time I got home they were just room-temperature — and that's my fault! I'm not blaming anyone at all, not even myself! — and they were still delicious... How does a burger and fries place have such amazing desserts too!? I saw slices of cake and mini donuts on the menu too, so I'll definitely try the mini donuts next time!

Gosh, the only way this could've been better is if malt vinegar were available for the fries — and I actually suggested this at the counter because I liked the fries that much and only saw white vinegar available, which just isn't the same — and the burger had a richer, more flavourful sauce on top.

I'm not saying ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc. aren't good enough for a burger like this, or that they hold it back, just that a big, beefy burger like the one I had today could definitely stand up to a richer sauce! I'll probably try the Texas Beast or the Spicy Chicken the next time I'm in since the Texas Beast was the other suggestion offered to me by Mehak — the very kind and courteous young woman who took my dine-in and then take-out orders — since it was my first time there and I asked what was good.

A++ recommendation for sure.

If you're in the area, I'd definitely recommend giving them a try. Maaaybe be preparred to take some fries home with you, or snack on them on your drive home or something since you're likely to get so many, but that's hardly a bad thing here, I'd say.

5/5 stars without question. You absolutely get more than your money's worth here. Also, please get some malt vinegar for your...

I had the original burger combo. It’s a decent flat top burger. I think a lot of people are gonna like it. It arrives all dressed, it comes together well, it’s tasty, it’s fresh. The last bite is as good as the first. You could do a lot worse. Now I’m gonna get a little picky. I tried a piece of the burger patty on its own. It’s a bit dense in texture and it has a kind of machine made look to it. The patty itself has good char on both sides but is under-seasoned, however as I said the burger comes together quite well. The fries are decent — if you like chip wagon fries you’ll like these. It’s not my preference, though, the tiny little three-quarter inch pieces of crispy fried potato get on my nerves after a while and the box smells like peanut oil. The fries were also way over-salted. This place does not sell Coke, which is a disappointment and they don’t have cans only the 591 ml plastic bottles. I’m a pretty messy eater and the tiny diner style serviettes don’t cut it for me. Now that I’ve got the picky stuff out of the way, I will come back here again. It was open when I needed it to be and I enjoyed the combo. Ottawa is going through a kind of burger Renaissance right now and there are some pretty good burger places popping up. It’s good for the consumer to have choice and it pays for the burger restaurant owner to keep their standards up. That’s all for...

Fourth time eating here and honestly it has gone downhill since this past winter. This time was likely the last time.

Takeout order for a classic crispy chicken burger combo. Chicken was overcooked, dry and pretty bland with some bits of the breading a little burnt (second time this has happened, just no burnt bits and just chalked it up to an off night). Fries appeared to be good enough but were lukewarm at best when trying one as soon as I got out the door and after a 2 minute walk home were basically cold and inedible. My best guess is that my order was ready and instead of being called up to the cash to pickup, orders were taken for 2 couples that came in while I was waiting (maybe about 5'ish minutes sitting in an open bag without heating/warming lamps).

Woman behind the cash was pleasant enough, place is nice and clean, but I will be going elsewhere for my fried chicken sandwiches or maybe just stick with eat in burgers and no fries (they have been a little...

What a great new burger joint. I got a Bacon Burger combo with onion rings instead of fries. The onions rings substitute comes with a $3 surcharge but that's pretty standard. The burger itself was cooked to order (you can hear the cook flipping your burger) and was delicious. The 6 oz was really filling and was complemented well by the toppings. The only issue I had was my bacon was a little tough and was harder to bite off. The onions rings were really great. They aren't the typical cheap onion rings you'll get at most dine-in chain restaurants and they have a little bit of a seasoning mix sprinkled on. I mentioned the $3 charge but honestly I'd pay 4 or 5, they were great Finally the combo comes with a 591ml bottled drink. I dont think I've ever seen another restaurant offer that size without a surcharge, so that's awesome. I'll definitely be back to try out some more menu items, notably the fried pickles, fried chicken and poutine.

I ordered a small traditional poutine for take out earlier this week. The portion size and price for it were good, gravy was superb, and the cheese curds legit. Unfortunately, I don't have anything positive to say about the fries. They tasted like fries that had been reheated. Perhaps this was just a one-off bad batch but it made the poutine a little disappointing as I found the gravy to really hit the mark for a poutine gravy - dark brown, thick, rich, and flavourful! I'm going to give their poutine another go as it could have just been a bad batch of fries. Service was good but could have been better. The reason being is that my takeout bag didn't come with any napkins or a fork so I had to grab them myself. Good thing I checked the bag otherwise I would have gotten back to my jobsite without utensils! Anyway, going to give this joint another shot soon. Hopefully it checks all the boxes when I do.
