Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Ottawa

While we were excited that a papa johns had opened up in Barrhaven, we were very disappointed by the quality of the pizza. Resembles that of a Panago pizza with the cheese overcooked and barely any at that. The crust was also overcooked with it being too crunchy. The only thing I was excited about was the garlic butter which was decent at that.

Please train staff to checkout customers at the register. The cashier tried to charge us $0.3 for a $30 order twice. We had to let them know multiple times that the price was wrong. Please train staff accordingly to make a better quality pizza and for a better customer...

I recently ordered from Papa John’s, and I must say, the experience was quite satisfying. The pizza was fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The crust was perfectly baked—not too thick or thin—and had just the right amount of crunch while remaining soft on the inside.

The toppings were generously spread, and the quality was excellent. The pepperoni had a smoky, rich flavor, and the vegetables were fresh and crisp. I also appreciated the garlic sauce that came with the pizza; it added an extra layer of indulgence...

Really enjoyed the pizza and breadsticks from here! Everything was cooked perfectly. Pizza was not greasy. Arrived hot and fresh. The pizza sauce is delicious-it’s a little sweeter than other pizza chains. I find others to be quite acidic. This was excellent. Also, the garlic dip is really like a garlic butter and it is super yummy with the breadsticks. You can get a creamy garlic dip like other places, but that one was a really nice change.
