They don’t even deserve the one star since they moved the one on Bank Street I order something like those new folded wraps or whatever they are. It looks like pizza. I asked them to cook it less because I have problems chewing and they completely ignored me so I’m done Bye Pizza Hut. I won’t miss your crappy service. I used to get Parmesan garlic Parmesan chicken. It was soaked in oil when I got the bowl. It was just a bunch of oil with some Parmesan. It was terrible. That is not a sauce. That’s just a bunch of oil. I mean it was literally not even a creamy sauce anymore. It was just oil. So I’m really hungry and crippled. It’s hard to get outside right now with the snow so I decide to order some noodles and cinnamon buns because I love them I paid with my credit card. The guy never even knocked on the door. The first time we order the pizza was perfect crust toppings cheese. And hot. Second time we order same pizza was bang on Hot fresh amazing pizza. But the third time we order wasn't the same as the last 2 very doughy hardly any cheese very lil sauce. We participated in a survey that was sent to email stated what happened. We got a phone call the next day at 507 pm from the store manager. She gives us 2 large pizzas. To use in the future. We used the credit yesterday we got 2 large pizza which were free and wings and dessert which paid for. I was hoping for the perfect pizza when I first ordered
