I’ve been a regular customer at Pizza Hut and usually order every weekend. We’ve always appreciated the deals and the email surveys that promise a free medium pizza with your next order.
Recently, we decided to redeem that offer after completing the survey. When we visited the store, the staff told us we had to purchase a medium pizza in order to receive the free one—which was expected. However, they quoted $18.99 for a plain medium cheese pizza, which was shocking. On the same day, there was a deal for a large pizza with two toppings for $14.99 and another deal for two medium pizzas for $20.
I asked why I couldn’t simply go with one of the better-value deals and still get the free pizza as part of the survey promotion. Unfortunately, the staff refused and insisted the only way to redeem the survey reward was by purchasing a single medium pizza for $18.99.
This felt very misleading and disappointing. It gives the impression that the “free pizza” reward is just a trick to make customers pay more. I hope Pizza Hut reviews how these promotions are handled—it shouldn’t feel like customers are being taken advantage of. Very disappointed with the...

Read moreThey are bad with the time management with no sense of understanding how important is to complete an order on-time. Just, accept as many as order possible.
This is the second time that I order on the phone and my order is completely ignored/delayed.
First time, I said it happened and forget it. Today, second time, I put an order on the phone and emphasized I will be there in 20 minutes to pick it up since I have guests. I arrived in 30 minutes (even 10 minutes late). They even had not prepared my order.
They asked what was in you order and when I explained. They said it will be ready in additional 20 minutes. So, 20+30 = 50 minutes for one order on Tuesday (not weekend It is not how you run this type of business.
If they had told me one phone, I would not have put the order. I could find another solution for my guests.
Very disappointed. I do not...
