This is one of our favorite food trucks. It's not just a "chip truck". Chef Reggie is clearly a foodie and he goes out of his way to concoct new creations. Almost his entire menu is Gluten Free as well, with proper protocols to avoid cross contamination, which I myself super appreciate (I think one of his family members is celiac).
Hubby and I came on Cinco de Mayo and they had a taco special and corn on the cob with lime crema and something else that was amazing. And the corn chips with queso were seriously the best I've had. So much so that we asked if he could cater our upcoming 25th anniversary party, which took place yesterday. All my guests raved about the food. He made the corn chips, queso, guacamole, beef and chicken for the tacos (we supplied the rest but he could have done that too had I asked). He not only delivered but also provided hot tables and platters....

The flavor, texture, quality of the meat, and seasoning is 5/5, and they were able to accommodate my gluten and dairy sensitivity without compromising any of the flavor. Love the maple siracha mayo, it is so good and has a little smokiness at the end which I loved. Their fries are some of the best (if not THE best) I've ever had! 5/5! They are so flavorful, perfectly salted (which is so important), and have the best crispiness on the outside. They've nailed the cooking method on the fries for sure! Lastly (but definitely not least), the family that runs this truck is so friendly, and they really take the time to connect with their customers. They are patient, accommodating, friendly, and so kind. We will definitely be enjoying their food...

I was forewarned about the heat of the Jerk Chicken sandwich and fries (and rightly so), but assured Chef Reggie that I was not afraid.. lol. Good thing I had paired it perfectly with a cool Ginger ale because I definitely needed it! It was deliciously wicked! That was a month ago, and the craving for those fries got me back after my next haircut. This time I went for the Pulled Pork Sandwich, which was great too. There isn’t an item in the menu that I wouldn’t want to try, so I may just have to make the trip without needing a haircut every time. I’m a big fan, and can’t wait to see what’s next. (I’m thinking Cubano.. but that Stittsville Press sounds really...
