Today at Main Street Stittsville I ordered a medium coffee and a cinnamon raisin bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese and double bacon. I got three little pieces of bacon which I paid $2.80 for. The bacon was in a medal bucket and the bacon just thrown in. Bacon wasn’t kept at temp it’s just sitting out in the air no lid covering it or anything. Customer service absolutely is terrible. When I worked at this very location it was great. WHAT HAPPENED!!! Also how long is too long for soup and sandwich to change their gloves. Or put on gloves if they’re baking. All these guys with breads but no bread nets. Wonder why you get hair in your food/drinks. If it’s short it’s probably a bread hair with god knows what all over it. Totally disrespectful to the customers and down right disgusting. To whoever is telling us to contact this number or email this person to let them know, just change it. We made our reviews, all you guys have to do as the worker is take it and run with it. Change what needs to be changed. It starts with you guys. You want better reviews, then simply do better. Thank you. Also there should always be two workers at the front. I feel sorry for the one person doing store front. The people waiting aren’t being nice and no other workers are giving a helping hand. What a mess. You know the one person who works here that needs a raise and paid vacation is Peter. He is my ultimate favourite person who works at Main Street Stittsville location. He always has a smile and he always makes sure to say hi to me. He’s...
Read moreThree days in a row they screw up my order. I am sick of going back. Forgot trying to call the store for a manager line is always busy. But when I got through by phone the manager made excuses and was very rude on the phone. Tired of them never getting a simple order correct then having to go back to fix it and Why does Tim Hortons allow their employees to be in contact touching various things like a debit machine with bare hands then scratching their head or nose then handing you your coffee holding it from the top lid right where a person has to put their mouth to drink it? I tell the workers all the time but nothing changes. Tim Hortons needs to train their employees not to put their hands on the lid mouth opening area they need to be trained to hold the cup from the bottom not the lid. It’s bad enough the person who puts on the lid has hands all over it then it’s handing to the cashier who also has hands all over it. Last thing I want to do is put my mouth on a lid that people have had their hands all over. It’s just kind of gross. I am a daily customer and no matter how many times you mention it they don’t get it. Tim Hortons please make this part of...
Read moreThis review goes to the managers (owners) of this Tim Hortons. This is not different from many other Tim Hortons. I stopped by for a bagel and coffee. My bagel was served with hair on it. I complained to the guy who served me. His coworker said to him, that is your hair, I don’t have brown hair. He went to make another one. I was watching him making my bagel with the same gloves he touched coins and bills, he combed his hair. The paper they wrap the bagel with had more batter than the bagel itself. It was really gross. I did not eat the bagel off course. The worst thing was the smell coming out of the drive throw window. It was really bad. Really strong. Some homeless people smell better. It seems like that guy did not shower in days. I feel sorry for the co-workers. Actually, they do not shower as well. They have the same habits. They neglect hygiene. Wake up...
