Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Ottawa

I ordered pizza and half moon cheese bread . Pizza was great but they served me half moon cheese bread that was not fresh made . I told the cashier that it does not look fresh and she claimed its fresh so I trusted her and came home but when I started eating it was not fresh they heated earlier made half moon cheese bread and gave me . It tasted that it was made 1-2 hours ago. I was very disappointed because of the fact that I requested to the cashier and brought to her attention that its not fresh . Ordered pizza on phone app.. picked up and came home.. open box and found pizza was burnt.. check garlic bread box and found burnt as well... Went back to restaurant and showed pizza and garlic bread.. they said its not burnt... Informed we cant eat this burnt pizza.. staff not ready to accept its burnt... informed we cant eat it... They offered replacement but said wait for more half and hour... Kids who has dinner time who are excited for pizza, when found its burnt and they have to wait for more 45 minute including travel time... Its bad experience on long weekend... Really rude staff... Never come...

I never had a problem with pizza pizza. The app screwed something up and said that my payment didn’t come out. My bank showed that is in fact did. (Still does) the amazing employee decided to just give me the pizza or they would have discarded it if he had to bring it back. I’ve been going weekly to get pizza because that’s all my kiddos will eat. I will continue to use pizza...
