Went through tonight to get my usual 2 coffee. The kid they have making them is eyeballing the cream out of a Tim's cup. He's not using the dispenser at all. The coffee was totally disgusting. Had to go back through to get my xl DR TT replaced. The kid them makes it the exact same way. Pours cream out of a Tim's Coffee cup into my coffee, instead of using the machine. I just told them to give me my money back and keep the cup of pi$$. People expect consistency. Winging it isn't going to cut it. I drove 30 minutes to get these coffee because these people are the closest 24/hrs Tim's to me. Never again. Also, The ally is LOADED with rats at the Drive-Thru window.

Went through early this morning to get a two coffee, the XL was not stirred, I had to dump it out it was disgusting. I went back through and gave them the cup with all the sugar in the bottom. The short kid starts yelling at me. He tells me he cannot stir every grain of sugar. He made another coffee and his co-worker handed it to me. I asked if this one was stirred, he said yes and I pulled away. I opened it, took a sip and had to spit it out. It was worse than the first. I poured it out at the stoplight and there sat all the sugar at the bottom of the second cup. I went back through, the short kid starts screaming at me out the window, he has his arm out and has his index finger in my face waving it at me.
He then takes my coffee cup, closes the window, throws my cup in the garbage and doesn't give me what I paid for. No refund, Nothing. Multiple calls into the store today, owner seems to refuse to call me back.
So to be clear, their employee stole from me. They refuse to take appropriate action and terminate his position.
If a customer stole from their store, they'd have the customer arrested and likely trespassed permanently.
Many complaints are made about him and it appears nothing happens. My previous review/complaint is about him and he's still there, acting worse than ever. One could say this is reprisal for having filed the previous review and...

Around 5.20am .June 7th Friday. I have always take coffee and breakfast from this location. My home is close by that why I always go there.
Everyday I go there take my coffee by drive through and go to my work. In this Tim hortons there're 2 ppl work over night. I know them and they know me very well. Every time I go they are more then 10 min late just to take any one order. They dont sale anything else except coffee and mafin at this time. So, I never complained. Even though there is no car front of me or back of me.
June 7th Friday there were 3/4 car . I'm the 2nd . We were waiting to get coffee more then 10 mins. Noone taking our order. At some point I got off from my car and trying to talk . After few mins saying hello, hello.... one indian guy said wait.... I was saying how long we have to wait... we are waiting for so long. He starts arguing with me and saying we are only 2 ppl. You have to wait. I checked there were no car at there window where they serve. At some point he was arguing with me very rough. Saying talk to owner. I ask number of the owner .he refused to give me his number. He was so , rude and offensive. Instead of apology he kept arguing and giving me attitude. Then I left.
I notice, every night they are so tired and almost asleep. I notice from the window they don't want to work but still working.

I have been a loyal customer of Tim Hortons for over 20 years, and I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience at this location. Last night, I encountered the most impolite and rude employee named Ruisha. Her behavior was completely unacceptable for any customer service role.
When I asked her to take my order, she was dismissive and gave me the wrong coffee cup. When I politely tried to correct her, she immediately started screaming at me. She didn't listen to a word I was saying and continued to be hostile. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also deeply insulting to customers.
I hope the management at Tim Hortons takes immediate action to address this issue. Allowing employees with such a high level of rudeness to interact with customers will undoubtedly hurt Tim Hortons' reputation. I am proud of our Canadian Tim Hortons brand, and I expect a high standard of service that I did not receive from Ruisha.
I felt insulted and humiliated by her actions, and I am seriously reconsidering whether I will return to this location. I will also be writing to the main office of Tim Hortons Canada to ensure this matter is addressed and to prevent other loyal customers from experiencing such...
