Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Ottawa

This is the worst Tim Hortons. The staff are unqualified, and most aren't bilingual who can't even understand some of the most common English words. I once asked for a sprinkle donut, and the staff didn't understand what I said, and instead of asking me for clarifications about my order, they gave me a honey glassed donut instead. Not only that, the donuts are practically never fresh here. Also, this is the only Tim Hortons I know of that doesn't offer lattes. Orders takes forever for them to finish, and the orders are often incorrect.

Until they fix all these problems, and hire more qualified and bilingual staff, avoid this Tim Hortons...

I really don't like this location, the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is due to the food and one of the managers who's actually extremely good at her job. The reason I don't like this location is the staff and their incompetence. Not to mention that everytime I go they seem to be out of most bottled drinks.

Worst tim hortons ever! I asked for a crispy chicken without tomatoes, the cashier asked the lady if there's some chicken ready she says yes! So first the lady put tomatoes and then there's no chicken ready! I asked if I could have another sandwich bc i'm on my break so you know.
