Osmow's Shawarma — Restaurant in Owen Sound

We asked for LIGHT garlic sauce on my chicken poutine. They added EXTRA garlic sauce and COVERED the poutine with it. (i have stomach issues.) I was shocked so we called the store due to being a 20 minute drive away and was told to bring the poutine in TOMORROW because they JUST closed. (2 minutes before i called.) So i guess we don't get a refund or my food tonight due to THEIR incompetence. Avoid this place if you want your food made correct or if you want any type of customer service. For a new customers experience with your establishment i can honestly say its been a terrible experience. They did not try to resolve the issue they just told us to bring the old poutine in tomorrow. I have ordered chicken on the rocks large with out pickels , they have added pickels.. the person started keeping less Garlic sauce, when i asked , the person was rude by saying it takes extra money.. ( they should provide sauce according to the quantity we order, its the same amount of sauce for all sizes) . There is no welcoming nature while taking orders. They speak in thier own language by giving rude facial expressions when customers are around . I hope the management should try to train how to provide customer service ( just not taking orders is customer service). I have ordered on 18th august, 2023 around 5:50pm. I am a regular customer here. I take food from here atleast 3 times a week. Today i ordered for a student meal plan and it includes a medium box and a drink. The quality and quantity was pathetic compared to when you order a regular medium box. The chicken is raw in some pieces and also the rice isn’t cooked through. I have been to many osmow’s but this location is least friendly and welcoming to people. Employees here tend to show a different approach to the people of their own community. I am telling this because i speak many languages and moreover facial expressions and gestures speaks loud and they were never welcoming to me.
