Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters — Restaurant in Paradise

I used to go here once or twice a week but holy hell, since when does fast food mean waiting 10-15 minutes? I get it if its a big order, but I've had to wait the same amount of time for just a small gravy.

The staff are friendly, but honestly with how much the price is after rising, you can get it cheaper and faster at swiss chalet.

Randomly they stop taking orders on the app, and close early. Sometimes if you show up 20 minutes before closing they tell you they are no longer taking orders. Most people work and are on lunch breaks, they don't respect peoples time. Marys Diner is faster.

I called these people and said my chicken was red ish and I got 2 2 pieces and big Mary when ordered the fest they says to come back then a little who called her self a manager yelling at me saying oh I don’t remember this call but was just speaking to a man who said he remember it and told me he’s going to have it ready then she was being rude I left the building and explained the issue to another lady and she was Phillipean and was yelling at me and saying if I don’t stop calling cops and said she’s gonna to hang up and ignore my calls I have this all on record and I called 4 times not one time did this place answer very rude service disrespect is all I got and I think management isn’t choosing the right people...

Placed an order for pick up and when we got to the restaurant they told us they didn’t have a record of the order. So we waited for over 30 minutes to figure it out and it was not resolved. Tried to call the store and they would not pick up the phone. When my friend went back to the restaurant, I called the store to see if their phones were even ringing, and the employee working declined my call 4 times. Super disappointed with this service, totally unacceptable. Will not be purchasing from this...
