After paying at the first drive-thru window, proceeded to the next where the lady told me the payment didn’t go through so I tapped my card again. As I’m driving home, I received 2 notifications of a duplicate charge at McDonald’s so I went back and went inside to explain. Both the girl that came to the counter and the manager treated me like I murdered someone and that it was such an inconvenience to refund me. After almost 10 minutes waiting for a refund I asked the manager about remaking my food as it’s been 20 minutes and I would still need to drive home with it (keep in mind I would have been home within 10 mins of purchasing the food initially) the manager looks at me like I have 10 heads and says “why would we remake your food because you had to come in to get a refund?”…. Umm probably because we would have been home eating by now if I didn’t have to turn around and come back here. She takes the bag of food and throws it in the garbage below the counter, rings in my order, doesn’t even look at me and walks away. I’m waiting about another 10 minutes for this order to be made. She packed it up and gave it to someone else to pass out to me. I get in the car and there were no nuggets! I was literally shocked! You’d think the manager would have done a quality check before passing it out. I went back in and told her and she looks at me (again as if I’m crazy) and says to me “ok…”. No apology first or last! She was so rude and non-chalant about the entire experience. This lady should not be managing anything or be in the service industry as she clearly has no clue how to treat the general public! I’ll also add, I watched her argue with an elderly man because he had ordered 2 coffees but received 2 teas, essentially didn’t believe him until she looked up his receipt. Read moreI used to go this McDonald's everyday seeing it's close to my work in The Industrial Park near it I've spent thousands in this store but one day I ordered my family's order and went out side to eat it in the car not because the store was busy but we all like to watch something while we eat my wife was inside using the bathroom so when she came out she said the burger was cold mine was to but I don't like to complain and ate it anyways I went back in with the burger and said it was cold by now it's been 10-15 mins from when I ordered the manager came over and told me she wasn't going to replace the burger because I ordered 15 mins ago I asked for the manager and the young girl told me she was the manager I was surprised of the lack of customer service and I said if I had to go home to eat it would take me 10-15 mins to get home so it's the same if I had to go home she refused so I've boycott this McDonald's I will never eat there again and anyone that will listen I will tell of its cold food and lack of anything that looks like customer service.These are the results when children are in charge that can't handle the little bit of power they do have go straight to...
Read moreI ordered off the site from this store. They gave me the wrong order. No big deal. Called the number on the receipt. They confirmed it was the wrong order and to go to the restaurant and exchange it for my order…. I went in to get my correct order. I was giving the manager to speak to. I explained that I received the wrong order. I showed her what I ordered on the app and what I received. She then told me she couldn’t give me my correct order because it wasn’t her fault. She then proceeded to walk away from me. I didn’t get my food, she took back the wrong order and never refunded my money (over 50$). She was rude and I’m absolutely never returning to this business again. Unfortunately one bad employee can ruin your evening, I do a treat meal for my kids once a month and this was it. what showed up was two meals and what I ordered was for four. So in the end, McDonald’s ended up stealing my money and I wasn’t able to get my kids their special meal of the month. Shame on that...
