How many times will I feel inspired to sit with a pencil & some paper? Amid the buzz of humanity that’s here & play my role as a composer?

How many times? Yes how many times? You may indeed want to ask. It isn’t because I’m suggesting this time might be my last.

The buzz of love is here as well. Young people & some families. It often has a sweet story to tell, & today it’s up to me.

It is nice to be reminded why I like to be seated here at a table. A wise choice for me to come today & enjoy life, Pür & Simple.

Horrible experience! First, service was slow. We were sat at a table and were not given cutlery. Had to ask another server for coffees creamer despite having already asked my server for it. Server comes out and tells us the kitchen made my husbands meal wrong. She wanted to know did we want it or have them make what he ordered, but it would be 20 mins. So we took what they had prepared. It was so gross, no taste , bland and cold. My meal was the Canadian, eggs were runny, the bacon was not fully cooked. One piece was actually still cold. The crepe was bland. The hasbrowns were good. My daughter had the red velvet pancakes and really enjoyed them. I had to wait 15 mins for the server to come back with the bill. She never did come back to ask how our meal was. I had to go ask for the bill. When she came I told her that my husbands meal was so gross he could not finish it and she said, well you should have told me. When? She never came back and I am telling you now. I was in a hurry to leave because we were now running late for an appointment. I had to head out over the highway and ended up getting sick from this disgusting meal, didn't make the appointment instead I had to rush to find a bathroom. Had to turn around and come home. My stomach is still in spasms. Save your money and avoid this place! One star rating...

This breakfast and lunch place is a in a good location off Torbay Rd in Paradise. There's a Starbucks in the same parking lot. It's busy but their website has a queue app in it so you can check how long the wait is and queue up before ever leaving the house. When we used it, it started at 22 and in about 30 minutes it said they were ready when it was at #6 in queue. They sat us immediately, so the queue isn't even as long as it seems. There were others seated with Starbucks drinks in hand. They are compared a lot to Cora's, but they are very different. Cora's focuses on fresh fruit while P&S focuses on the more savory aspects. There is a whole section of the menu for eggs benedict, and their hollandaise sauce can be traditional, spicy or savory. It's really good on everything. Their portions are large and you won't leave hungry. Their coffee is mediocre, but their Nespresso drinks are better. Restaurant Nespresso machines aren't like home Nespresso machines. One of the top 10 restaurants in the world uses a Nespresso machine. The P&S potatoes are hashbrowns fried with onion and parsley I think. Very tasty.
