Pizza itself was good, but a lot of problems.
Through the online system, we ordered a large pizza and a large garlic fingers with a cheddar Chipotle dip. Unfortunately we didn't get any confirmation emails confirming how long it would take (until 20 minutes after already picking it up) so we had to call to confirm shortly after placing the order. They provided a timeline, so great, it'll be ready to pick up in 30 more minutes.
We picked up the order when they said it would be ready and went home. Pizza looked great! Garlic fingers were another story; somehow our order for 1 large ended up being both medium and a small garlic fingers, meaning significantly more edges (and who wants the edges?). On top of this, the medium garlic fingers was significantly overcooked, had about a two-inch gap without topping on one side, and wasn't warm (must have been cooked well before the small garlic fingers that they gave us? No idea).
Additionally, we didn't get any Cheddar Chipotle dip with it, or Donair Sauce that was supposed to come with the garlic fingers. Instead we got what was just a Chipotle dip. I returned to the store to get this sorted, which they fortunately did do, but even then one of the Donair sauce containers hardly had any in it at all (a minor issue for us as the other one had enough for the one person who uses it).
In the end: -Their email system seems to have significant delays and we had to call to figure out when to pick it up -A large pizza that was pretty good! -No Alarge garlic fingers that we ordered, and instead a small garlic fingers that wasn't bad, and a medium garlic fingers that was significantly overcooked and cold. -Dips that we had to go back to the restaurant to correct, and even then the Donair was incredibly skimpy.
Decent chance this just the result of problems with being a new store, but I don't think we'll be returning unless I start hearing a lot of good things about them.
Edit: Shortly after these problems they did offer me a replacement Garlic Fingers, and it was significantly better. Again, I'm hoping these were just some early problems when the...
Read morePizza was fine, as we're the garlic fingers, but for the price it could have been better. Topping distribution was sort of weak, as was the sauce applied to the crust.. In our case, there were corners and edge pieces (we had a party pizza) that were mostly crust and others that were fine as far as crust size go, but then didn't have any amount of sauce or toppings on them.. Middle pieces were, as expected, nicely sauce and had a good amount of toppings.
Biggest complaint overall with this location is that they have one person serving the pizza customers as well as the sub customers.. So if you go in for a pizza pickup after ordering online, you might be waiting behind people getting subs (in my case 2 people, which added about 15 mins to my pickup time) and in such a small place, in this weird situation we're all in, it gets a little close...
