Murray's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Peachland

1 star because the pizza is delicious. Missing 4 because of the delivery driver and service we received. We ordered our pizza at 5 pm July 28th and were told 60 minutes, delivery to Todd's RV and camping. Unfortunately my phone number wasn't given correctly (our fault). I called them at 5:50 pm to ensure our order was received and on its way. I was told the driver was 9ut with our pizza (it's a 15 minute walk so I figured it would come soon). We stood in the laneway of our campsite waiting. I called at 530 and was told they couldn't find our site and even asked at the desk for my site # and was told there was no one registered here under that name. I checked my receipt and my name is correctly spelled. I tell them to get back here now, gave my correct number and told them we weren't paying for pizza thst should have come almost an hour ago. I was told "ok". Driver, Nick, comes and we immediately recognized the car as a pizza delivery car. He says he drove past 6 times and then goes on to take the pizza back saying we have to pay. I call the office tell them that the driver is taking our pizza unless we pay, they talk to each other and Nick tells THE OFFICE that we have to pay?! We argue for a bit and as he throws the pizza back in his car to leave I tell him fine I'll pay because I have 4 very hungry, very tired kids and they NEED to eat. He then tosses then to me telling me, fine have your free pizza but we're black listing you from ever ordering from us again. I then told him I would post this review to which he replied, "go right ahead." so here I am. I am so disgusted at his customer service and that he almost left a family hungry over some stupid policy that his own office wasn't backing him up on! Good thing it's so hot outside or this pizza would have been freezing! Never going to order...

WOW. Have you ever had the best service ever? If not, you havent been to Murrays. Let me walk you through our Friday night in Peachland. The time is 7pm. Ladies night in. Pasta and Salad are on the menu. We open the fridge, expecting to see alfredo sauce...BUT NO LUCK! After a few moments of panic, we hop in our car and drive to the IGA, an easy solution to our lack of pasta sauce problem. As we approach the store...wait...no...not...CLOSED?!?!?!? AT 7PM?!?! We are shookith.

Desperate for Alfredo sauce we look around the plaza and spot Murrays pizza from a afar glistening in the sun.

We all run over to the store with much hope. We are greeted by 3 lovely staff members, tell them our tale and hear the words I can only describe as an angel sitting on a rainbow sprinkling glitter on the world...."We can sell you a tin of Alfredo Garlic sauce for $8".

We left happy with our alfredo sauce, which made an incredible pasta sauce, and will be back for Murrays Pizza in the future.

I went in and ordered a lunch pizza, double cheese and mushrooms, went and done some shopping at IGA as they told me it would take 13 minutes to make and cook. Went and done my shopping, got ice cream and other stuff that melts quickly in this heat. I then went back to Murrays Pizza and they told me that they had burnt my pizza and asked if i would like another one made, i could not wait that long because of the perishables i had just got. They did not offer my money back, actually they done nothing. I walked out cursing and could see 3 of them in the store while i was getting into my car, and not one would come out to apologize. I will never buy from them again, and i know the owner, bought firewood off him last fall. Hope...
