Ok ok ... Truth be told Sanita (the GM) and I had a rocky start to our Starbucks relationship. I'm sure she once wished that I never found the cool spot on my pillow, as much as wished she always found the toilet paper dispenser empty after using the public washroom... But here we are about a year later and I have to say I AM a fan of Sanita these days.
Perhaps our "never back down" personalities clashed at first or maybe I have very high expectations for a my iced London fog, but her and I really got off on the wrong foot last year. But like all fine wine, you have give it more than a few tries...and I'm glad I did.
My husband and I are regulars and he LOVES the staff including Sanita....in fact he told me to "be nice to my girl Sanita" and even told me that he wouldn't go through drive thru with me so they didn't know that I was his wife... Haha so I gave it a good ol' college effort and I think for his sake she has done the same (side note: I think he has won all the staff over because he always gets stickers and hearts on his cup). I digress, as a daily Starbucks fiend I can tell you that they rarely disappoint! They are fast, the inside is clean, they are friendly (yes even Sanita) and they rarely have out of stock items.
I even got a bigger sticker on my tea than the hubby did, this week, so that's a win! :)
All in all, and all jokes aside. 5 out 5 for putting up with difficult customers like me and always...

I travel for work and I visit many Starbucks in many cities and countries, I visit 5-15 times a week year round (itās actually a problem at this point) This store has a new manager, he ruins my day and ruins my order every, single, time. If you order a milk with no ice he will fill the cup halfway, he wonāt let you customize your drinks and make combos, but also wonāt let you order things separately, he is argumentative, passively aggressively rude and honestly the worst Starbucks employee Iāve ever come across in my life, the context to the beginning of my message is that I meet A LOT of employees, I also am a habitual drinker and I order the same beverage hundreds of times, I can only order one of my items successfully at this store now, I go inside to use the bathroom and scope out if he is there before I order because I am upset everytime I use drive thru, sometimes the person taking my order will offer to make my beverage one way and he will be at the window correcting this from happening. Iām moving even closer to this location next week and I know this man is just going to ruin my day everytime I go there.
Before him. 5 stars!! The in-store macchiato is the absolute best and the women that work there are phenomenal. I just want him to go away so I can go back to having my Starbucks visit be a little...

Incompetent employees who sit behind the counter on their phones or chatting up with drive through customer who are simply trying to get their morning coffee and get to work. This day I I did a skip order because I didnāt have time to go get coffee and for an entire hour my skip driver waited outside their location went back and the app updated to another hour and a half wait. Genuinely the service is terrible. When I called their location there was no answer when I tried again they picked up the phone and hung up. I donāt know whoās in charge of this location but the employees lack basic professional etiquette and customer service skills. There is no reason a customer should have to wait 2 and half hours for a drink and a cake pop. This wasnāt my skip drivers fault I feel bad for him that he had to apologize on behalf of Starbucks but this Starbucks location who clearly ignores there customers. Itās been nearly three hours and my order still hasnāt even been made yet. Iām already never ordering from that location again but if the food comes messed up I might just be put off...
