Best thin crust in town, Large 4 topping 14.95$ no tax it is take n bake but that way its always hot from your oven 12 mins second bottom rack in oven 425° Mmmmmmmmmmm! Recommend puttin in on cooling rack 3 mins, Then cut pizza and put back on cooling rack to keep crispy eat n enjoy though will say they need to work on understanding thin crust and not type in Reg crust and you need to be sure if getting deal on pizza like specials that are out your paying Special price not full price bonus is not tax its not baked but all toppings edible with out having to cook Raw toppings eliminates issues of bacteria and you make it hot fresh when you want it same day I recommend same day you can freeze them double wrap it cook from frozen not by m3ans as good as freash and there toping are some of the best quality you can find with decent prices too customer service is friendly nice...

Just walked in to order 2 pizzas. Guy told me he needed a minute or two, so I obliged. As I was waiting, someone else walked straight to the counter and dude took his order. I said "no offense to the other guy, but I've been waiting to order, as you told me you needed a minute." He told me that the other customer was ready to order, so he just took the order. I asked if he was going to put my or der in first, and he said that the other guy knew what he wanted. How did the staff person know that I wasn't the same? I told him to forget it and walked out. He told me to have a nice day...no apology for dissing my spot in line. BTW, he told the other guy his order would be 25...

Edited: 3.5 stars because we had a ton of points built up for free pizzas through the Penticton location using my husband's phone number and when management changed, they deleted my husband's account and points. I have inquired multiple times to recover his points, the staff have been unhelpful, and Papa Murphy's Headquarters are no better, placing blame on management in Penticton. No one is taking responsibility for our missing points.🤦🏻‍♀️
