TacoTime — Restaurant in Penticton

DO NOT GO TO TACO TIME!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! If I could give zero stars I would! 4 of us ordered Beef Hard Tacos, the teller asked us if we wanted Regular Beef Taco or Super Beef Taco, we asked what the Super Beef Taco was and she told us it was like the Regular Beef but with all the veggies, so we said okay, we will get the Super Beef Taco combos. We all order 4 of the same thing, but one w out tomato. We got our order and were given 3 burritos and one hard taco w out tomato. The lady argued us telling us we ordered super beef burritos, after 2 of us telling her 3 times she finally said she would remake mine as a taco and my husband just agreed to take the burrito, so she remade it after we told her we ordered hard tacos and she gave me a soft taco. My husband then told her again I ordered a hard taco and she argued w us again on what we ordered. Then she finally agreed to make me what I had originally ordered. I finally got my hard taco and it only had lettuce, cheese, and beef on it (regular beef taco toppings) and we had paid for the super beef, I went and asked for tomatoes and sour cream cause I originally ordered the super beef and she said no to giving me those toppings and said I had ordered no tomato regular, meanwhile we had all ordered the super beef tacos and our daughter was the only 1 out of 4 that did not want the tomato and she had already received her taco, she finally gave me a cup of diced tomatoes but no sour cream. I told them that it was the worst experience ever being there and that we are not even from Penticton. Then as we were dining in and we were already just about finished our meal, she rudely looked at us and told us w attitude they were closed right at 8pm and expected us to pick up the rest of our food and leave right there and then. I said yes, we paid for our meals and we are already almost done. So we just finished our couple bites of tacos/burritos and packed up our mexi-fries and drinks and left, because they gave us so much attitude, argued us on what we ordered, and still didn't get it right in the end, I looked directly at her as she was standing there waiting for us to leave, I said "I can see why your restaurant is so empty" as it was empty...

Worst managed employees I have ever encountered and their food isn't any better. THE ONLY THING THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY and if they screw up your order , the staff think you should apologize to them as its your fault for ordering wrong and they couldn't have possibly heard or entered it in wrong. They are apparently NEVER at fault, you are. When you call them on their mistake and tell them to take accountability the first thing out their mouth is that you're abusing the minimun wage worker. My guess is this line is used regularly for sympathy. Which I do have for workers that honestly deserve the sympathy and respect, however there are none at this location guaranteed.

And after confrontation was over and we sat to eat she went in back and bad mouthed us loudly the whole time we sat in to eat. No apologies. Taco Time, I usually enjoy my meal but you definitely made it a horrible experience that will make me rethink ever going back. My advice....get rid of mouthy employees (this isn't the first time I have heard her do this, it was just the first time...

This place has the worst attitude in a fast food industry i have ever encountered. I order ,and what they where making wasnt what I ordered.When my wife said something we where informed thats what I ordered and my wife said no that isnt what i had said. The employee argued that i did and i had to apologize to her as i made the mistake. Now i get we all make mistakes and understand with the masks and screens sometimes it hard to hear. BUT why she had to insist so emphatically that it was my mistake is unbelievable. A simple oh i am sorry we had a mis communication and it would have been fine. And top it off she says i was abusing her as she is a minimum wage worker and therefore its not her fault. Management did remake but no apolgy for the attitude cause its my fault and as we are sitting eating i can hear them all talking about the incident. SOMETHING IS WRONG IN THE MANAGEMENT AND WORKERS ON...
