Where is the 0 star rating!? Since the new owners have taken over, the customer service as well as food quality have gone down significantly. I can't even count how many times my order has been messed up. A month ago I ordered a medium pizza, 30 wings, and asked for gravey only on half of the portion of fries that come with the order. The owner forgot the gravey that I was charged for so i had to go back inside to get it, and also didn't give the correct sauces for my wings, which I didn't fully see till I got home. I called back to let him know, and instead of apologizing and correcting the mistake (which wouldnt be the 1st, 2nd or 3rd mistake hes made), he said "okay, so what do you want me to do about it?". This is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and just wrong for any establishment to treat returning customers in this way. So disgusting!. Today, after a month, my son and nephew really wanted pizza and wings, and since there isn't anything close enough and I didn't have a car, I nervously placed an order at Babajon again. I asked my brother who was within walking distance to place the order and pick it up. I had asked my brother to double check the order as well. We ordered 1 medium walk in special with half salami, half banana peppers and 15 wings-10 bbq and 5 spicy. Without fail, the owner who is ALWAYS in a rush, messed up my order yet again! Classic. I received 10 spicy wings instead of 10 BBQ and didnt get the 5 wings which should have been spicy at all. I called back and my goodness, the owner was even more rude and disrespectful this time than he was the last time. I spoke to him and asked for this mistake to be corrected and not to be charged for an additional 5 wings which I strongly felt we should recive free of charge for my son and nephew who now have been waiting 30 mins for their food and were getting sleepy. I was yelled at by the owner over the phone while explaining that this isn't right to always make mistakes and expect the customer to just be okay with it. He said "okay okay okay, you asked for 15 but I forgot and gave 10 and charged for 10 only so it's okay it's not a big deal, I didn't charge you more"....THE NERVE!. he continued to speak over me and yell, as I was explaining that it it's not okay to constantly make these mistakes and have your customers wait around for you to correct the order for us to receive the correct food, and this isn't the 1st or even 3rd time this has happened to us or friends. He demanded I pay for HIS mistake, and I refused as it is absolutely not fair to make a customer pay for your continuous mistakes! He always speaks over you if you try to tell him his mistake. He wouldnt let me get a word in. My son fell asleep without eating, and my nephew lost his appetite from waiting for so long and eating just a slice of the pizza. We will NEVER ORDER FROM BABAJONS AGAIN.

Read moreI’ve ordered from here a few times, their food is always freshly made and tastes great (I always get a medium pizza with extra cheese or half extra cheese and half mushrooms). I usually call beforehand to place an order, and depending on who answers the phone, you might end up speaking with someone who talks over you and doesn’t give you much of a chance to finish the rest of your order, or just hangs up on you once you’ve ordered without saying anything else. This happened to me last time I called, so I called back because I had to make sure our order was received and I actually thought the call might’ve ended due to cell service — turns out the guy just hung up on me. In person service was no better, usually there are two guys there that I’m familiar with who provide okay service, this time there was a different guy by himself. He took our payment and I paid with AMEX, which apparently wasn’t allowed although there is no sign that says otherwise. I was having a rough day so I didn’t say much and just nodded, while my partner responded with “oh okay sorry we didn’t know.” He said it was okay since the payment already went through, then proceeded to say they don’t take it because AMEX charges them too much. Again, I just looked at him and nodded, to which he felt the need to respond by saying “hello???” in a loud tone as if I couldn’t hear him, and waving his hand directly in my face. I said “I heard you…” as I clearly had responded non-verbally by nodding, and my partner had also verbally responded by saying okay, to which he then said to me, “okay well you’re not saying anything.” He handed me our food while staring at me like I did something wrong, and I was absolutely shocked to say the least.
I usually don’t like to write reviews like this, but I thought this interaction was extremely insensitive because you never know what someone might be going through. That is no way to treat a customer at any establishment and I would hate for someone else to experience the same thing...
Read moreI never post reviews but today I was so mad and shocked at how they treated me. They used to be so good when the new management had come in last time I got food from there was few months ago. But Today I went and I tried to place the order ahead of time over the phone and the person who answered was in a rush he didn’t even have time to let me complete my order, I had to call back 2 more times so I can tell him my full order he was in such a rush. Then when I got my food, the pizza was cold and hard, it tasted like a cardboard. I ordered 20 wings as well and the fries I got were literally for only one person, fries should have been more given the amount of wings I ordered. Then the wings were cold and not covered in sauce either. Overall from the jump the person who took my order was not the best and wasn’t helpful at all but also rushed me to order my food and didn’t even make my food properly. Like there was just one piece of pepperoni on each slice of my pizza. My biggest surprise is how they used to be totally opposite when they were not as popular but once they started getting popular they stopped caring for the customers and the food they put out. When the new management came in, the customer service used to be amazing and the quantity along with quality of the food was one of the best in the area but they became like any other restaurant, as they got popular the standards of customer service and food dropped, maybe a little bit of success...
