I miss the days when this place use to be under better management and called Irish Times. I am giving 2 stars for this review because for my party of 3 the food we got was really good, it was just not correct and the service was terrible. Also the new decor is meh. There are some very weird choices based on the type of establishment. It seems like the new managers rushed to get the business open without putting any thought or care into customer service and decor.

Our server showed little to no interest in our table as we didn't sit at the bar, didn't check in with us or ask if we wanted refills on our empty drinks prior to the meal. When I finally asked for a refill when she was quickly walking away, she was not happy about the request and upon her return rudely placed the drink on table and left. My friend asked for two extra containers of ketchup and she only brought one and wasn't happy when asked for the second. 5 minutes later she returned to tell us that the restaurant ran out of ketchup. When clearing the table, she proceeded to clean the plates infront of us which resulted in dropping cutlery on the floor.

There was lots of issues with the meals compared to what is listed on the menu and our server wanted to argue with me about what we orderd vs what she thought we ordered (she chose to not write our order down and had to return to our table to confirm items). One of the meals (Chicken Caesar Wrap) came with the wrong type of chicken and missing parmasan cheese. My meal (Chipotle Chicken Wrap) was missing all of the ingredients except for the chicken and lettuce. The third meal (Phili Steak Wrap) was delivered as the Phili Steak Sandwich and the chef was too lazy to make a new order so they just dumped the ingredients from the sandwich into a wrap, which the ingredients are similar but not exact between two items.

Finally, even though the establishment changed its name awhile ago, there is a cheap looking printed note taped on the window saying "Former Irish Times" and it still says Irish Times on...

The most disgusting clientele imaginable. My husband took me in for an early valentines dinner tonight. There were very few people in the place, one other table of 4 guys and maybe 4-5 at the bar. The group of 4 at the table, were clearly out for a cold one after work, which is not my problem. They were the loudest most obnoxious group of people I have ever heard. The content of their conversation was what disgusted me. They were talking repeatedly and quite descriptive about bodily functions. Next onto the strip club and then what happens there. To, some very derogatory statements about women. This alll happened while my husband and I tried to eat dinner! I was so turned off I couldn’t Even eat. What I found most upsetting is clearly the server/ bartender ( only current visible. Staff in the place ) was friends with them and was laughing with them at the table. When she came to our table and saw that my entire meal was still in front of me she didn’t ask if meal was ok, just offered take out box.I told her about what I thought about disgusting customers at other table. She turned around brought the bill. This restaurant has a really good cook who makes great food but attracts really horrible people. I guess because we were the only other table in the place the server didn’t thing she should speak to them about their...

We decided to give this restaurant a try for dinner after reading positive reviews, but our experience left much to be desired. As we approached the entrance, we were greeted by an unsightly collection of ashtray buckets, and the presence of numerous smokers congregating near the front door was rather displeasing.

Upon entering, we found the restaurant nearly empty, with only a few patrons seated at the bar. A waitress behind the bar caught our attention but made no effort to approach us or offer a friendly greeting. Instead, she engaged in casual conversation with another customer while sparing only occasional glances in our direction. It felt like she was waiting for us to initiate the conversation, which did little to create a welcoming atmosphere.

She slowly made her way over, so we informed her that we needed a moment to look at the menu, I took the opportunity to assess the overall condition of the restaurant. Unfortunately, it appeared to be somewhat neglected in terms of cleanliness and upkeep, raising concerns about the quality of the food. This, combined with the lackluster atmosphere, led us to decide against dining here.

Our initial experience made us wonder why we were met with such a lack of hospitality and whether this was a common occurrence for...

I heard of this restaurant from multiple locals and was excited to try. My family and I ordered for delivery, and while choosing butter chicken from a pub and expecting it to be good is a long shot, I expected at least a decent meal. If you are at all not used to chowing down a mass amount of spices, please avoid this dish. I have eaten at authentic restaurants and never had butter chicken been almost lethal with spices. It caused my mouth tongue and throat to practically burn and after the first few bites I wanted to toss it out. The rice isn’t even satisfactory, it’s bland and doesn’t even help to lessen the amount of spiciness. I will not be having butter chicken from pubs anymore, lesson severely learned. Save your wallet.

Great service. Great music at a low volume as it should be (so you can chat). Beer selection is good but too mainstream. Steam Whistle and 1664 are on-tap at least. French onion soup’s appearance is excellent (see photo); however, it’s under-seasoned. Burgers have promising descriptions on the menu but miss the mark on flavour, meatiness, char and juiciness—not recommended. Wings are reallly, really good; you can have them breaded or non-breaded. Sauce is store-bought. Suicide wings are just-right in terms of heat. Chicken pot pie is ´meh’. Veggies on plate are fresh and done to perfection. You won’t be disappointed here but you won’t be clawing your way back for a second visit either.
