Worst Tim's I have ever been t o. If it wasnt the ONLY location I can make it to while on break at work, I would NEVER return
They never have anything in stock. One day, they were even out of Cream lol. Today another disappointment , just left after ordering an everything bagel with cheddar. The staff on drive through was rude asked me to repeat my order. After I did, she cut me off and told me to drive up. I Returned to work to a buttered bagel but paid for cheddar.
I would Love to know who does your purchasing and training? Head office needs to look into this location. I have never been more disappointed with Tim Hortons location on a daily basis.
If you have the extra time (and unfortunately I do not) drive down the street a little further to another location. It's worth the drive
Just wanted to update again because they can never get it right. Today I again came for lunch (stupid me) I ordered a chicken cilantro bowl and of course, they make a wrap. Not only do they argue with me and tell me what I ordered, they crowd together and refuse to make me the bowl I ordered. I paid 13$ for a lunch I won’t eat. However, I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding one particular staff member. The mid-aged lady with glasses who often works at the drive-thru consistently comes across as rude and unwelcoming. She rarely greets customers with a smile, and her tone makes the interaction feel as though we are inconveniencing her. On multiple occasions, I have also witnessed her scolding fellow staff members while customers are present, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere.
As someone with over 20 years of professional experience in customer management, I can confidently say that this behavior does not align with the level of service your brand is known for. While the rest of your team is exceptionally courteous and professional, this staff member would greatly benefit from additional training in customer service and workplace communication.
I am sharing this feedback not to complain, but in the hope that it helps improve the overall customer experience and maintain the excellent reputation your establishment has built.

While I couldn't sample them all, I couldn't resist trying the Cinnamon Sugar Twist. Anticipating tomorrow's breakfast to savor the Blueberry Fritter. I genuinely hope Tim Hortons decides to keep these delightful treats on the menu!
