This is my favorite location when it comes to burritos but I experienced a rude, inconsiderate employee the last time I was there. She took the person in front of me order and when it was my turn to order she just gave me a dirty look, ignored me and left me hanging in line. It was like she was waiting for me to leave or something but I stayed because I wanted a burrito and I was hungry. So I am still in line and the line is getting long now to the door and she still won't take my order and it's really busy in there.I don't know what's her problem. I am not coming there to hit on anyone or make friends. I could stay there all day and play this game she got going on. So eventually another employee takes my order because they realize you have to take orders or the other people waiting in line will start to complain. I take my burrito home and the rude woman gives me a little bit of meat for my burrito which is ridiculous because I am paying close to 13 dollars. When I get a burrito from here they are always generous with the meat. I think this location makes the best burritos but not on this day because of a sour puss woman. I would give this place 5 stars but the rude woman ruined the experience completely. I will still come back to this location but I won't order from here if I see that woman...
Read moreAs burritos go, you'll be hard pressed to find a better place to get a delicious and fully satisfactory serving, without relying on your mother's home cooking... and that's provided you're of Hispanic extraction.
Seriously! Aside from the variety on the menu (they've got more than just burritos, folks), your facing three different serving sizes of burrito: regular; big; and huge. Trust me! I'm 6'6" tall; and I can pack away food like it's the end of the world. If you order the huge burrito, you better be able to handle a very large serving of food. Most people will be satisfied with the regular burrito (no joke); and the big size is for big folks, or people who are really hungry. Don't even think about the huge size, unless you can pack it away, or are ready to tackle the leftovers when you're stomach is no longer full... THE NEXT DAY!
The prices are more than acceptable for what you get, too! If you ever want to do a good deed for a street person, buy them a huge burrito... and include a decent amount of napkins, as well as a drink to wash it down (hit Chocolate, coffee, or tea, if it's cold outside)

Read moreThe burritos here are good, but I am have run into a few challenges that occur each time which is the reason for my rating.
The main one seems to be that the burritos can be noticeably spicy even though we order everything mild ingredient wise. My wife and kids end up not being able to eat it and so it’s hard to go here when I want to order burritos for everyone. I am guessing what is happening is that maybe a spoon being used for jalapenos is being shared for other ingredients and some residual spice is left. It would be great if this could be addressed.
The other issue which I find inconvenient is picking up Ritual orders. Ritual says to skip the lineup and go straight to the cash but the restaurant is not setup this way because there is only one person at the cash and they only interact with the line. I have had to wait 10 minutes at times to just pick up my order. It would be useful if the restaurant had a second person ready to distribute pick up orders when there are ones ready because the lineup itself is not...
