Smokin Samosa — Restaurant in Pickering

I came across this place on Google Maps and decided to give their unique samosas a try. I went with butter chicken, tandoori chicken, classic potato and smoked BBQ beef brisket. All four were delicious.

I took them home to eat and they still had crispiness to the shell. The shell was slightly on the thinner side which I liked, probably to make more room for plenty of filling. The butter chicken and beef brisket fillings had the strongest flavours. Tandoori chicken flavour was on the mild side.

Excelelent quality samosas with great taste. My wife and I live very close and saw this place recently opened. We called to confirm it was halal and decided to try it.

We tried the smoked brisket first and it was delicious. The filling is so tasty and not too spicy. The samosa was crispy and filled to the max, so they did not cheap out on the filling. We also tried the vegetarian (classic potato) which was also very very good! We immediately ordered 8 of each to take home and share with our guests.

The gentleman mentioned they make the brisket and lamb keema chopped by hand, not machine. You can can taste the quality. Would recommend...
