We went into this location to pick up a couple pizza's on our way home from shopping.
There were only two people working, a younger man in the back, and an older man who was running around trying to do more than he could seemingly handle. The store was clearly understaffed.
We waited at the counter for a few minutes before anyone came to the counter. When the older gentleman came, we began to order, I turned to my wife to ask her a question, and 15 seconds later I turned back and the guy was gone and took another 3-5 minutes to come back. It was enough time that we openly discussed if we should just leave or if it was worth waiting. I wish that we left.
We ordered two large pizzas and two bundles of crazy bread. He said 20 minutes, and we said that was fine.
More people came in after us, and this guy (I assume the owner?) was just running around like he didn't know if he was coming or going. Two teens came in and wanted to order, he took one order, and then just left, and the second had to wait for him to reappear (for another customer that came in) so that they could say "I haven't ordered yet".
When we finally got our pizza, he showed it to us, it looked undercooked, but we were in a rush and took them. When we got home, they did seem undercooked and we had to re-cook them. The crazy bread we got was the most pathetic I've ever had from Little Caesers, there was no garlic on them, and barely any parmesan. It was basically just plain bread sticks.
The cutting job on the pizza was like a blind man did it. It was truly a sight to see. Thin little slices, giant slices. Like come on, you can't just randomly run a pizza cutter willy nilly across a pizza.
Pizza Pizza is terrible for this as well, but man, this job was far worse than anything from Pizza Pizza.
It felt like our order was forgotten, and they rushed it through so it wasn't late. I'm pretty surprised by the high reviews on here and suspect many of them are fake, this place was a disaster. 2 employees for a popular pizza place at dinner time.
Anywhere else would have a bare minimum of 3, most have 4-5 employees. Definitely not going here again. We normally go to the location at Kingston and Brock, but this has made us question if it's worth going there. Probably stick with other pizza stores.

Read moreCame to his location for the $5 medium customer appreciation day. Parking was not bad with 2 ways to get in and keep the flow going. Lots of parking, easy to find a space. Inside, a different story. Large size waiting area, no order. Placement of the door is in the middle of the space and no deliniation between who had ordered and was waiting vs who had yet to order, with people entering in the middle of it. There was no limit at this location and ordering of cheese pizza was available right away with a back up for pep of between 10-20 mintutes. Patient and kind workers, just...
Read moreWorst Manager in this location!! Very rude and doesnât care about their customer. I order many times here letting it slide that my order doesnât comes out right even paying extra and itâs never met. I was told by the manger he made the pizza himself and all request was accounted for! Well I must be looking at a different pizza that he made because the ones in front of me doesnât look like the one I requested. Only at this place it happens! Every other location is fine. The sad excuse the manager makes is that they are very busy! Please be more grateful to your costumers! Being so busy...
