Overall, this business provides its customers with alright food.

Like any business, there are times when you can be met with issues, like being given cold food once or twice, but overall their food is fairly good.

The white chicken meat can be dry at times, but they counteract this by allowing customers to unlimited gravy, which tastes pretty good.

I do have an issue with their freshness though. Most of the time I order, my order tends to come within 30 sec. Now I'm all for fast service, but I'm fairly certain making fries takes more time than this. This fast service leaves you with fries that have been sitting around for who knows how long.

Now the price is kinda reasonable for some items. Take the regular poutine with white chicken meat which will run you about 19$, which isn't cheap for a poutine. The chicken on the poutine looks to be that of half a chicken breast, I could be wrong though. For the same price you can get the half chicken meal. So both meals are 19$, both the poutine and half chicken meals have the same amount of fries and both have access to unlimited gravy. The fact you get close to 5 times the amount of meat for 19$ leads me confused as to why the poutine is also 19$, when it's gets 1/5 the meat. Sure it has the cheese on it but I'm not sure it should be that much.

EDIT: Still confused with the pricing. So the poutine with chicken will run you 17$-19$ depending if you get the white meat or brown meat (which doesn't make sense either seeing as how they put the same amount of meat regardless of which choice, and there's more white meat on a chicken. I understand why other businesses charge more for white meat since it's breast vs Leg and the breast has more meat, but when they put the same amount of meat I don't understand why they charge more), anyways, if you look at the picture below, you be the judge if this is 19$ worth of meat and cheese, since we aren't paying that much for fries and gravy obviously. For the same price I could grab a poutine at chez glory and a whole chicken at maxi.

I could be wrong about this as well, this is purely my opinion and I invite anyone reading this to try the place out for yourself and make up your own opinion.

There's also free wifi here which is a plus, but you gotta watch an add. This is fine, a little weird you feel the need to make more money off me but I'll take it.

Parking also has car charging spots. Not sure if it's free or not though.

Overall decent place, I've only ever been to this location so other locations might be better. Hope everyone reading this has a good time.

I come through here a few times a week, it's my go-to chicken spot and it's basically what KFC wishes it could be but with a bit more class.

I want to start off by mentioning that I always receive excellent service from the staff here. I have only had one bad interaction ever and that was with the younger delivery driver with glasses and a beard asking me for extra money at my door despite delivering my food with a company car, after that I stopped ordering delivery except for on rare occasions. One of the workers is a younger girl who I deal with often, I think she is a manager or supervisor, she's excellent and most of the time with her I don't even have to say a word when I arrive at the drive-thru speaker, she knows I am there or that I am coming and my food is ready to go. The short girl with the spicy Franco accent and red hair is also very good. Definitely look at giving them a raise.

I use the app to order most of the time because there are specials/coupons and I find it's a good deal for lunch and an evening snack for less than $20, my only complaint about the app ordering process is that I seem to be unable to order take-out on Fridays, I think this is intentional but I am not sure. It would be cool to be able to order take-out on Fridays.

The inside is nice enough but I'm always eating on the go so I can't say much. If I remember right the tables have USB charging ports, which is cool. It is always clean when I go to pick-up inside.

The food itself is consistently good. I never get cold food. The jalapeno chicken burger is a god-tier culinary creation.

Food is great. Service is horrible. The Pincourt location needs staff training as they've dropped the ball too many times. Waiting at the drive through for 35 minutes, or inside for 45 minutes is not normal for a "fast food" restaurant. I cannot count how many times I've waited in line for my meal with other frustrated customers screaming at the staff because it's taking so long to receive their order. At one point, I got up from my seat because it's been well over 35 minutes, only to have the cashier tell me she forgot to buzz my pager and that the food was sitting in the back. Quite unprofessional and I'm shocked the franchise owner isn't panicking when they see sales drop due to pro customer service. Suggestion: get the director of operations for Benny & Co and start getting that person to do their job and get their franchises to run...
