Chez GloRy — Restaurant in Pincourt

I will rate this restaurant 5 stars based on food and service at the Pincourt location, the food is reasonably priced, the quality is great, the restaurant always seems very clean. Super friendly staff, makes every visit feel a little bit like home. Now....that being said... Let me tell you about my Uber eats experience...The order was wrong, when I contacted the restaurant to have the situation remedied, the girl on the phone basically laughed it off and said nothing they could do, my problem was with Uber, and if I wanted the food replaced with what I had actually ordered, I would have to drive to the restaurant myself to come get it. (Kind of defeats the whole purpose of delivery guys)..Needless to say, the meal was inedible due to the lack of attention paid to the order notes stating quite clearly "NO PEPPERS" by the restaurant staff....Uber did not prepare my food, therefore, should it not be the restaurants responsibility to fix the situation?! I was a regular customer at your restaurant and your service has always been impeccable. This restaurant should opt out of Uber Eats, clearly this is out of...

I love love love it in here. I will drive thirty minutes at the end of a long day just to get the delectable toasties (hot dogs, buttered buns, all dressed) and i expect all the other options have the same caliber of delight. They have a members card for return clients (and you certainly will return). Extra condiments on the tables, options for desserts, a wide variety of canned and bottled drinks. Fun bright atmosphere and kind staff. I don't believe there is a washroom but that's okay because the service is quick! Two enterances, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options, a superior slushy (I picked cherry) and lots of grab-it-yourself utensils and napkins. Great for on the go or just a treat, when I worked in the area I would stop in for lunch with only a half hour break so that should let you in on the speediness. I wish I'd taken pictures. Walk in and the place is really clean. I don't usually mention it but they're place was totally and completely spotless. They have some outdoor seating that's nice on a great day. Service is really friendly and the kitchen kicks out the food very quickly. Order a Michigan with cheese, two steamies and a poutine. The Michigan is the best in Montreal. Hands down. The steamies were amazing. The poutine.... The poutine sauce is THE best. Not a lot of places that could compete. And the cheese, the cheese is really good but they don't just throw it on top, they toss the cheese with the fries and then add the sauce. And the fries! The fries are perfect!
