Dagwoods La Sandwicherie — Restaurant in Pincourt

Unfortunately today was the final chance we give the Pincourt location our business. Ever since the change in ownership (although the new owner is very polite), we've had 3 very bad experiences in a row. Today was the last straw.

We've had the misfortune of being served the last 3x by the most unpleasant young woman we've ever dealt with in this industry. She's beyond rude, always with a horrible demeanor and treats customers like garbage.

For the price of the sandwiches (our should I say the overprice), your expect better service and quality of food.

Today we were met with rude service once again, but this time the food was also sub-par. When you spend $50+ on 3 large sandwiches and ask for only a few toppings, it's ridiculous that they are skimping on lettuce. 2 of the 3 sandwiches only wanted lettuce, Mayo and dagwoods sauce and we barely got any.

When customers pay your high prices for these sandwiches, you shouldn't be stingy on the toppings.

Shame on you for allowing employees like this to represent you. As a new owner, I'd sooner work the shifts myself than allow a horrible employee like that serve my customers. The last time I was there I even heard her speak rudely to the owner! She was even rolling her eyes at you right in front of a restaurant full of customers as you spoke to her about something in the drink fridge.

I've supported this location for many many years and have given you too many chances.

I take reviewing restaurants very seriously as I have several friends in this industry. It took a lot for me to decide to write this, but it deserves to be said once...

Usually love this place. But I was a bit frustrated to learn that they no longer have their fidelity application. This is because the franchise was sold. I don't have time to convert from one fidelity program to another. I lost out when they stopped using their fidelity cards, now I'm loosing out again. Not to mention their app was buggy. At least twice I never received the credit for my purchase. The last time I went to the Paincourt Dagwoods, the bread was stale as hell. Ah well, hope they don't deteriorate too much as...

I normally love coming here but lately every-time I do there's always fruit flies on everything toppings, etc... today they were on the bread. Might wanna try closing the lid to protect the toppings--it's not very sanitary. Especially the veg! I saw them, walked right out. Food is normally great otherwise. Just please consider protecting it! especially in summer. It's such a shame... because I love coming here and their food is delicious but will have to pass until something is done about the...
