Cafe Le Den — Restaurant in Pointe-Claire

A true gem, this place is unassuming but very much worth the visit. The food is high qaulity, fresh and made to order. The menu has a variety of dishes suitable for a variety of diets ( gluten free / vegetarian) etc. The food is health focused and is not overly greasy or filled with fat / salt. If you're looking for REAL fresh food, this is the place to go. I got the blueberry smoothie which is made with berry, bananas, water and ice. It was very tasty and did contain any of that fake smoothie syrup . I made a special request and ordered avocado toast. The chef was more than happy to accommodate and I was reasonably charged for my custom order. I also got the museli granola parfait which comes with a variety of fresh fruits and generous servings of granola and low fat, no sugar added yogurt. The place also offers fresh baked goods and breads which are made on site. Again these are made with a health focused mindset. The decor and atmosphere isn't much to look write home about but it's easy to ignore when the food is so fresh and high qaulity . If your passing by via the highway it's worth the pull off and it's not to far off the highway. Will be suggesting this place to all my friends....

Cafe Le Den (121 Ave Donegani, Pointe-Claire, Quebec H9R 2W3) - this is a place where you immediately feel right at home, and the music creates an incredibly calm and cozy atmosphere! 🎶 It's like stepping into a spot for total relaxation, not just a cafe. 🧘‍♀️

The interior here is really cool; you can tell a lot of heart went into it. Nothing extra, everything is simple but done with great taste. ✨ There are plenty of tables and chairs, so you can easily find a comfy spot. The staff is just awesome! Really nice girls with such genuine smiles, and they are super polite. They are incredibly friendly and pleasant to talk to – you can really feel it. 😊 The coffee here is good. I wouldn't say it's "super-wow," but it's very, very decent and tasty. ☕ Unfortunately, I stopped by late, right before closing, and all the pastries were already gone. 😅 But even without them, I can confidently recommend this place.

As a person lived in Turin (Italy) for many years, I know what is good panini and coffee. And this cafe / sandwich shop made me decide writing a review that I rarely do.

We tried the Capo-stacked and a sandwich with Brie and apple (I was told it’s a seasonal special from the staff).

The Capo features very good-quality salami (just check out my over-saturated photo to see that beautiful marbling!) and mozzarella with a perfectly balanced profile. The Brie & apple sandwich was super refreshing—ideal for these summer days.

The iced Americano was also really good. As a coffee lover, I appreciated their care in sourcing beans—it’s rare to find this flavor profile around here. The cream of the cream latte could have been a bit thicker for my taste, but my wife absolutely loved it.
