Witch’s Brew Cafe & Bakeshop — Restaurant in Port Alberni

Yesterday my wife and I went to get iced matcha something that is on their menu. We were given a cup a milk with vanilla flavoring and according to the barista “matcha”. We normally don’t complain so went to the car and discussed going back in as there was absolutely no matcha in our cups. We went in and apologized but asked for a refund as our “matcha” was white whereas it should be a dark bright green colour. We said it tasted like flavoured milk. The barista told us he put in the correct amount of matcha so it wasnt milk and refused to give a refund, he offered to add another serving of matcha so we agreed assuming there would be matcha in it. He was quite rude about us having said something as well. He added the 2nd serving of matcha”matcha”, the cup was almost exactly the same colour.
