Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Port Colborne

I have gone to Little Caesars to get a couple of iced tea and naturally there is none in the cooler so I asked for an orange crush and there is none of that in the cooler also, I spoke to one of the girls and they told me that the owner will not replace anything in the cooler until everything in the back shelves are empty. This being said, I know the place is being sold and these owners are giving the new owners a business that they’re going to have to bring back up to par. I do not understand why they cannot supply the public with what they want. I have gone in there numerous times to sit, and the place is filthy the floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a month and some of the table still have food on them from the night before. Why on the owners, sister sits and has a coffee her husband .Very poor example of a Canadian business owner. I will not be going back there until after the new people take ownership. Absolutely horrible service , I have my lunch break at 830 I get there around 845 and everytime the person working named “brook” claims the restaurant is closed today she thankfully took my order as I was there at 840 , how ever I got a pretzel pizza as this is my favorite and when I got back to work i openers the box to find no pretzel crust , I called and asked what was up with my pizza she then claims the pizza has no pretzel crust it’s just a regular pizza with salt on it . All I asked was if she could maybe refund me or give me a new pizza next time I come she was hen argued more saying it’s just a normal pizza with salt on it . I’m a regular customer and usually my experience is fine. Stuffed crazy bread on the weekends. Tonight I ordered a deep dish pizza and 2 stuffed crazy bread with a marinara. They told me it would be 15 mins, which is ok. I told them I would wait. I got my food and went home only to find out that I got regular crazy bread. I called and asked if I could exchange it for the stuffed bread that I asked for. She told me that they heard regular crazy bread and argued with me about it.
