Wow. This was a horrible experience last night… where to start. First off waiting 45 mins for 2 subs is insane. People infront of us ordered 2 and we ordered 2 and this whole process took 45 mins for FOUR subs. She cashed them out with cash and change back than proceeds to make my subs with the same gloves… after being called out changes the gloves and still gives us the one bread that was touched.. The food toppings looked SO old (brown lettuce and tomato, shrivelled up cucumber) no pizza sauce had to get from the back in some weird small container. Gave us hardly any toppings kept having to say more and when I say hardly it was 3 olives one tomato on a large sub…. Overall this quick stop had us an hour late and with horrible subs. Also note: we both woke up with extreme tummy issues from this.
Edit to response: Only one bread was changed not both for the subs after the gloves. The guests infront of us if they’re intoxicated to the point every other guest suffers perhaps new protocols for serving those guests should be in place. As for the tomato’s if you have audio you notice I have to ask multiple times as well as all the other toppings I noticed but I suppose since you did not comment on that you knew I was...
Read moreStaff working in the evening is not properly trained to be working alone at all, and should not be working in customer service. It took nearly 15 minutes to make 2 subs when the store was empty. We had to educate her on several aspects such as how some subs come with double cheese. What really got me was when she also denied my bfs request to have his sub lightly toasted because she personally felt it should be toasted longer. He asked for it to be lightly toasted before and during; asking her to take it out of the oven, and she refused to bc there was bacon on the sub...? It's not raw bacon..... so in the end my boyfriends sub was toasted more than his liking We were also planning to use a coupon but she was struggling so hard just to even put the order in computer that we told her not to bother if she couldn't...
Read moreBeen coming here for 15 years, but when I asked for more mayonnaise today, I was told that it wasn’t allowed, that is the portion they are only allowed regularly to put on my foot long. What I always liked about Subway was building your own, little less onions, little more lettuce, or more sauce. But as things always seem to go, nothing good ever lasts. Shame on you Subway for pointing out to a customer in a crowded restaurant that you can’t put a little more mayo on your sandwich. Needless to say, I will no longer be back to this location, and would rather spend the extra money and enjoy the local restaurants in town like “Archie’s” which is far better for quality...
