A&W Canada — Restaurant in Port Hardy

So hangry! Spent thirty minutes outside this A&W in Port Hardy. Downloaded the AW app. Ordered a big meal. It charged me but sent the meal message to Oregon. Called their help line...message said answering machine full! Wow. Talk about bad service. Then I tried for fifteen minutes to enter the Port Hardy address into the app and buy a second dinner. Nope. Would not accept anything but a single line of the address. And the door sign says I can order with the app! Incredibly...

Well this is now the second time I've waited at the speaker at the drive through for about 5 minutes. Even saying hello. No response. How can you make money if no one will even take an order. I parked and went inside where no one was even at the counter. Absolutely the worst service on the island. I can't believe I drove from the beach for absolutely nothing other than frustration. Highly recommen going anywhere else but this a&w. Such a dissatisfied...
