Oh, let me tell you about my recent visit to the Market Street Cafe in Port Hardyโit was an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an atmosphere that exuded both cleanliness and coziness. The warm, welcoming decor immediately made me feel right at home, and I knew I was in for a treat.
Now, let's talk about the star of the show: the food. The menu was a delightful mix of local and international flavors, offering something for every palate. The presentation was as impressive as the taste, and it was evident that they take great pride in their culinary creations.

Their genuine smiles and eagerness to make my dining experience exceptional made all the difference. They were quick with recommendations and made sure I had everything I needed throughout the meal. It's rare to find such a dedicated and personable team.
The location, right in the heart of Port Hardy, is a bonus. Whether you're a local or a traveler passing through, you won't have to go far to enjoy a fantastic meal. It's a spot where you can truly soak in the charm of the town while savoring delicious food.

I thought it was a really nice place, more relaxed then most and specifically I went because I thought it was family friendly. I am a single parent, with a high needs son and I rarely go out to restaurants because I know we aren't "perfect" guests, but I was pretty devastated going up to the till, I had planned on buying a lot of their merchandise they have around but I had a few question and needed them to get something out of the display case...only to loudly hear the cook and server mocking my child in the back, saying "it didn't even sound like a kid" and then talking about other experiences of special needs children in other restaurants....but making fun of them, laughing at them.
