Interior and layout is the same as any other modern Tim’s in Canada.
Service is incredibly SLOW here. I’m not from the area and just here for work, but compared to every other Tim’s I’ve been to in other towns/cities the service is lacking in pace at this location. Not sure if I’m always being served by a new employee or what. Every single time it’s 2-3 mins of the employee fumbling with the POS/register before asking for help from someone else. Then after that it takes 5-10 mins to get my drink and donut. I watched the employee throw out 3 failed cups of iced coffees and stand there for a while because they either put too much base or cream into it. Staff need more...

How in the name of god did that turn into a bacon and egg breakfast sandwich on a maple flavored biscuit??? When I said "That's not what I ordered" and then pointed at the ham and cheese biscuits in the display case, they looked at us like we were aliens...lol. Yesterday, I went there for a mobile order - and half of my order was incomplete; I had to remind them of the items that were missing.
