My Experience at Starbucks in Port Moody was horrible & terrible for their new policy for free cup of water that I wasn't even freaking aware of & the worker that helped me that she was very rude to me demanding that I pay for something to get my free cup of water & when I asked what was the cheapest thing here, she didnt even know or remember what was the cheapest thing in the case to buy for a free cup water, she had to literally look over at the case with the food & pastries are to tell me what was the cheapest thing here. I literally had to spend a $1.73 for a cheese stick since that is the only thing that's the cheapest thing here in order to get a free cup a water. It's so very freaking ridiculous & stupid & lame to have a policy where I have to & need to literally purchase something in order to get a free cup of water. Absolutely disgraceful & stupid & I dont agree with especially when some people don't have a job or dont have the money to afford to buy something & get a free water!! :( I have asked another employer working & she apologized for the new policy & that she doesn't agree with it just like I do & understands & agrees with me of my point on when especially when some people don't have a job like me & don't have money to afford to buy something to get a free...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just want to thank the employees at this location for being so patient and respectful when continually having to remind individuals why dogs or any of their pets are not welcome in their places of business. I am a dog owner and I love going for walks with her, however I respect that she is not always welcome; for many reasons, but mostly that there is food being served, many people have allergies or perhaps others are fearful or just don't like animals. I find checking the places I will be stopping to see If my dog is welcome is helpful. Or perhaps one of us going in for the order can work as well. I also keep in mind that if I need a beverage on my walk, I always have the option to take one from home. I really don't think the staff should have to take time away from their duties to deal with rude or inappropriate comments from individuals that are upset because they don't like the store rules and policies which are set in place for the greater good of everyone. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis location has got my order wrong several times. My friends have also had this issue as well ( ordering a drink with no sugar only to have loads of sugar added in it). If you are getting something to go, make sure you taste it before you leave.
The manager does not care and the employees are not helpful.
Out of all the Starbucks locations I have been to, this one is the worst.
Not saying they get it wrong all the time-but they are a location that will change your order if they donāt have it - without warning you. No other location has ever done that- this one it has happened three times.
No other Starbucks location also lectures you about how their system works. Other locations have always been helpful, this one - if they have a problem⦠be ready for them to make it yours and lecture you about how their system works.
Itās a shame they canāt get it together at this location. I really hope they change the management and turn this...
